Claims (5)
- 現時点の時刻情報を逐次出力する時計と、
この時計の示す基準となる時刻から最初の起動時刻までの所定の時間間隔と、前記最初の起動時刻以降に給電開始を一定時間間隔で繰り返す際の各起動間隔とからなる起動時刻情報を受信する起動時刻情報受信手段と、
所定の観測結果を送信する観測結果送信手段と、
前記時計の前記時刻情報と起動時刻情報を比較して起動時刻になるたびに前記起動時刻情報受信手段および観測結果送信手段に電力を所定時間だけ供給してこれらを作動状態におく電源供給制御手段
とを具備することを特徴とする観測結果通信端末。 - 電源供給のための太陽電池と、
この太陽電池の発生した電力を蓄積する電力蓄積手段と、
この時計の示す基準となる時刻から最初の起動時刻までの所定の時間間隔と、前記最初の起動時刻以降に給電開始を一定時間間隔で繰り返す際の各起動間隔とからなる起動時刻情報を受信する起動時刻情報受信手段と、
所定の観測結果を送信する観測結果送信手段と、
前記時計の前記時刻情報と起動時刻情報を比較して起動時刻になるたびに前記起動時刻情報受信手段および観測結果送信手段に前記電力蓄積手段の蓄積した電力を所定時間だけ供給してこれらを作動状態におく電源供給制御手段
とを具備することを特徴とする観測結果通信端末。 - 現時点の時刻情報を逐次出力する時計と、この時計の示す基準となる時刻から最初の起動時刻までの所定の時間間隔と、前記最初の起動時刻以降に給電開始を一定時間間隔で繰り返す際の各起動間隔とからなる起動時刻情報を受信する起動時刻情報受信手段と、所定の観測結果を送信する観測結果送信手段と、前記時計の前記時刻情報と起動時刻情報を比較して起動時刻になるたびに前記起動時刻情報受信手段および観測結果送信手段に電力を所定時間だけ供給してこれらを作動状態におく電源供給制御手段と、次の起動時刻よりも前における必要な通信が終了した時点で電源の供給を遮断する電源供給制御手段とをそれぞれ備えた複数の観測結果通信端末と、
これら複数の観測結果通信端末に対してそれぞれ前記起動時刻情報を送信する無線基地局からなる起動時刻送信手段と、
前記複数の観測結果通信端末から前記観測結果を受信する観測結果受信手段
とを具備することを特徴とする情報収集システム。 - 前記複数の観測結果通信端末は複数のグループに分けられており、前記起動時刻送信手段はグループごとに異なる時間帯で通信が行われるように前記起動時刻をグループごとに異なった時刻に設定された前記起動時刻情報を送信する手段であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の情報収集システム。
- 前記観測結果通信端末は無線で前記観測結果および前記起動時刻情報を通信する無線端末であり、前記グループ内に観測結果通信端末が複数存在するときは、その1つが前記起動時刻送信手段および観測結果受信手段と通信を行い、同一グループ内の他の観測結果通信端末はこの特定の観測結果通信端末を介して前記起動時刻情報を受信すると共に前記観測結果を送信することを特徴とする請求項4記載の情報収集システム。
