Claims (4)
- 媒体対向面で記録媒体に向き合わせられるスライダ本体と、スライダ本体に搭載されるヘッド素子と、前記媒体対向面に注入される原子イオンに基づきスライダ本体の媒体対向面で局所的に電荷を保持し、ヘッド素子から離れた位置に配置される電荷領域とを備え、前記電荷領域および前記記録媒体の間に静電容量を蓄積させることを特徴とするヘッドスライダ。
- 請求項1に記載のヘッドスライダにおいて、前記電荷領域は、前記媒体対向面に区画される空気軸受け面に確立されることを特徴とするヘッドスライダ。
- 記録媒体と、媒体対向面で記録媒体に向き合わせられるヘッドスライダと、ヘッドスライダに搭載されるヘッド素子と、前記媒体対向面に注入される原子イオンに基づきヘッドスライダの媒体対向面で局所的に電荷を保持し、ヘッド素子から離れた位置に配置される電荷領域と、記録媒体に電圧を供給する電圧源とを備えることを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
- 記録媒体に電圧を印加し、記録媒体に向き合わせられるヘッドスライダおよび記録媒体対向面に注入される原子イオンに基づき局所的に電荷を保持する電荷領域の間に静電容量を蓄積させることを特徴とするヘッドスライダの制御方法。
