Description
互いに対面する位置に配置された第一及び第二の面が設けられた少なくとも第一及び第二のフィルタ部材と、
上記面を互いに接続し且つ、上記面の間を伸びる継手と、を備える型式のフィルタ構造体、特に内燃機関からの排気ガス用の粒子フィルタに関する。
第一の面は、上記継手との第二の強力な接着帯域を備え、該第二の強力な接着帯域は、第二の面における上記継手との第二の弱い又は零の接着領域に対面する位置に配置された、上記継手との第二の強力な接着領域を備え、
フィルタ構造体の少なくとも1つの部分にて、第一の面における上記継手との弱い又は零の接着領域は、上記第一の面における上記継手との第一及び第二の強力な接着領域の間に位置し、
上記部分は長手方向部分であり、
上記部分は断面であり、
フィルタ部材は、関係したフィルタ部材の側面に対面するその側面の各々に、次のものを有する、すなわち、上記面の間を伸びてこれらの面を互いに接続する継手を有する角錐形のれんがであり、れんがの側面の各々は、れんがと上記継手の側面との間の少なくとも1つの強力な接着帯域と、上記面と上記継手との間の少なくとも1つの弱い又は零の接着帯域とを備え、該帯域は、上記継手との強力な接着状態を呈するれんがの上記面の領域と、上記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈する上記面の領域とをそれぞれ備え、上記領域は、上記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈する関係したフィルタ部材の対向面の領域と、上記継手との強力な接着状態を呈する関係したフィルタ部材の対向面の領域とに対面する位置にそれぞれ配置され、
上記継手との強力な接着状態を呈するれんがの第一の面の領域は、上記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈する同一のれんがの第二の面の領域から対向する位置に配置され、
上記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態の帯域の各々は、少なくとも構造体が作用状態に置かれる前に、接着防止被覆にて覆われ、
第一及び第二のフィルタ部材の各々は、上記第一及び第二の面により相互に接続された導入面と、排出面とを有し、第一の面の少なくとも1つの下流領域は、排出面と上記第一の面との間にて共通の端縁まで伸びる上記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈し、
上記下流領域は、第一のフィルタ部材の長手方向に対し平行に測定したとき、上記長手方向に沿った上記第一のフィルタ部材の長さの5分の1以下の長さを呈し、
上記下流領域は、第一のフィルタ部材の長手方向に対し平行に測定したとき、同一の面の少なくとも1つの他方領域の2分の1以下の長さを呈し、
第一のフィルタ部材は、第一の面に隣接する側面を更に備え、該側面は、上記側面と上記排出面との間にて共通の出口端縁まで伸びる上記継手との強力な接着状態の側部領域を呈し、
継手との弱い又は零の接着状態の少なくとも下流領域は、継手に並んだ表面不規則部(表面凹凸部)、特に波状部及び(又は)溝を呈するようにしたことを特徴とする。
Claims (13)
- 互いに対面する位置に配置された第一及び第二の面(24A、24B)が設けられた少なくとも第一及び第二のフィルタ部材(15A、15B)と、
前記面を互いに接続し且つ、前記面(24A、24B)の間を伸びる継手(17)と、を備える型式のフィルタ構造体、特に内燃機関からの排気ガス用の粒子フィルタにおいて、
第一の面(24A)は前記継手(17)との少なくとも第一の強力な接着帯域(33A)と、継手(17)との少なくとも1つの弱い又は零の接着帯域(35A)とを備え、
前記帯域(33A、35A)は、それぞれ、前記継手(17)との第一の強力な接着領域と、継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着領域とを備え、
前記領域は、第二の面(24B)における前記継手(17)との第一の弱い又は零の接着領域(35B)と、第二の面(24B)における前記継手(17)との強力な接着領域(33B)とに対面する位置にそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする、フィルタ構造体、特に内燃機関からの排気ガス用の粒子フィルタ。 - 請求項1に記載の構造体において、
前記継手(17)との第二の強力な接着帯域(33C)を更に備え、該第二の強力な接着帯域(33C)は、第二の面(24B)における前記継手(17)との第二の弱い又は零の接着領域(35C)に対面する位置に配置された、前記継手(17)との第二の強力な接着領域を備えることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項2に記載の構造体において、
フィルタ構造体の少なくとも1つの部分にて、第一の面(24A)における前記継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着領域(35A)は、前記第一の面(24A)における前記継手(17)との第一及び第二の強力な接着領域(33A、35C)の間に位置することを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項3に記載の構造体において、
前記部分は長手方向部分であることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項3に記載の構造体において、
前記部分は断面であることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項1ないし5の何れか1つに記載の構造体において、
少なくとも1つのフィルタ部材(15)は、関係したフィルタ部材(15)の側面(24)に対面するその側面(24)の各々に、次のものすなわち、前記面(24)の間を伸びてこれらの面を互いに接続する継手(17)を有する角錐形のれんが(prismatic brick)であり、

前記領域は、前記継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈する関係したフィルタ部材(15)の対向面(24)の領域(35)と、前記継手(17)との強力な接着状態を呈する関係したフィルタ部材(15)の対向面(24)の領域(33)とに対面する位置にそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項6に記載の構造体において、
前記継手(17)との強力な接着状態を呈するれんが(15C)の第一の面(24D)の領域(33D)は、前記継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈する同一のれんが(15C)の第二の面(24E)の領域(35E)から対向する位置に配置されることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項1ないし7の何れか1つに記載の構造体において、
前記継手との弱い又は零の接着状態の帯域(35)の各々は、少なくとも構造体が作用状態に置かれる前に、接着防止被覆にて覆われることを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項1ないし8の何れか1つに記載の構造体において、
第一及び第二のフィルタ部材(15A、15B)の各々は、前記第一及び第二の面(24A、24B)により相互に接続された導入面(21)と、排出面(23)とを有し、第一の面(24A)の少なくとも1つの下流領域(35H;35L)は、排出面(23)と前記第一の面(24A)との間にて共通の端縁(71;71K)まで伸びる前記継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着状態を呈することを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項9に記載の構造体において、
前記下流領域(35H)は、第一のフィルタ部材(15A)の長手方向(X−X´)に対し平行に測定したとき、前記長手方向(X−X´)に沿った前記第一のフィルタ部材(15A)の長さの5分の1以下の長さを呈することを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項10に記載の構造体において、
前記下流領域(35H)は、第一のフィルタ部材(15A)の長手方向(X−X´)に対し平行に測定したとき、同一の面の少なくとも1つの他方領域(33E、33F)の2分の1以下の長さを呈することを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項9ないし11の何れか1つに記載の構造体において、
第一のフィルタ部材(15A)は、第一の面(24K)に隣接する側面(24M)を更に備え、
該側面(24M)は、前記側面(24K)と前記排出面(23)との間にて共通の出口端縁(71M)まで伸びる前記継手(17)との強力な接着状態の側部領域(33N)を呈することを特徴とする、構造体。 - 請求項9ないし12の何れか1つに記載の構造体において、
継手(17)との弱い又は零の接着状態の少なくとも下流領域(35L)は、継手(17)に並んだ表面不規則部(表面凹凸部)(81)、特に波状部及び(又は)溝を呈することを特徴とする、構造体。
