Claims (11)
- それぞれ互いに対向して配置される第1および第2の面(24A、24B)を有する、少なくとも第1および第2のろ過要素(15A、15B)と、
第1および第2の面(24A、24B)間に延在する、面(24A、24B)を接続するための接合部(17)とを備え、該接合部(17)が、結合剤(41)、および該結合剤(41)に埋め込まれる補強手段(43)を備える、ろ過構造体(11)であって、
補強手段(43)が、少なくとも1つのメッシュ状の補強要素を備え、該補強要素が、全体的にほぼ平坦な形状であり結合剤に埋め込まれた、開口が設けられた少なくとも1つの作用部分(45)を有する少なくとも1つの補強部材を備え、作用部分が、自体の機械的強度を有することを特徴とする、ろ過構造体(11)。 - ろ過構造体(11)が、内燃機関の排気ガスのための微粒子フィルタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構造体(11)。
- 作用部分(45)が、ろ過構造体の長手方向である第1の方向(X−X’)とほぼ平行に配置される複数のビーム(47)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の構造体(11)。
- 作用部分(45)が、複数の横部材(49)を備え、該横部材(49)が、ビーム(47)を接続しかつ該ビームと交差し、第1の方向(X−X’)とは別の第2の方向(Y−Y’)とほぼ平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構造体(11)。
- ビーム(47)および横部材(49)によって境界が定められる開口部(51)の面積の総量が、ビーム(47)および横部材(49)の面積の総量より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構造体(11)。
- 補強要素(43)が、金属材料から製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の構造体(11)。
- 補強要素(43)は、温度が150℃を超えると劣化する材料から製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の構造体(11)。
- ろ過要素が、2つの隣接した面(24C、24D)を有し、補強要素(43)が、相互に接続される2つの作用部分(45C、45D)を有し、各作用部分が、ろ過要素の隣接した面に対向することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の構造体(11)。
- ろ過構造体(11)が、4つの隣接したろ過要素(15)を備える少なくとも1つの室(61)と、ろ過要素(15)のための屈曲した形状を有する共通の補強要素(43)とを備え、共通の補強要素(43)が、室(61)のろ過要素(15)の隣接した面(24)に対向して配置される少なくとも3つの接続された作用部分(45)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の構造体(11)。
- ろ過構造体(11)が、少なくとも第1および第2の室(61A、61B)を備え、第1の室(61A)の補強要素(43A)の少なくとも1つの作用部分(45A)が、第2の室(61B)のろ過要素(15B)の面(24B)に対向して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の構造体(11)。
