Claims (21)
- 垂直方向に離陸することができ、少なくともホール(100、200、300)において境界(2、3、4、5、6、21、22)によって規定されるゾーン(23〜25)内を自由に飛行するために少なくとも一人の人間を収容することができ、かつ、前記人間による手動操縦のための手動操作制御装置(13)を備えた飛行ユニット(10)と、
前記手動操作制御装置(13)とは別に前記飛行ユニット(10)を制御するための遠隔制御装置(26)と、
を備えた飛行装置であって、
前記飛行ユニット(10)が前記ゾーン(23〜25)の境界(2、3、4、5、6、21、22)を越えようとしたときには、前記遠隔制御装置(26)が、前記手動操作制御装置(13)より優先して前記飛行ユニット(10)を制御することを特徴とする飛行装置。 - 前記ホール(200)は全て側面が凸状の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記ホール(100)が箱形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記ホール(200)が円筒状の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記ホール(300)が飛行トンネル組立体(40)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記飛行ユニット(10)が閉じた経路を移動することができるように、前記飛行トンネル組立体が自己循環飛行トンネルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の飛行装置。
- 全周に凸状側面を持つ少なくとも一つのホール(100、200)および飛行トンネル組立体によって形成されるホール(300)の両方を備え、前記飛行ユニット(10)が一方から他方へ移動することができること特徴とする、請求項2ないし6の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記飛行ユニット(2)が、中心に人間用の空間が設けられかつ浮揚ユニット組立体をも含むプラットフォーム(7)を持つ、飛行円盤として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記浮揚ユニット組立体が中心の周りに分散された複数の別個の浮揚ユニット(10’)を含み、それらが中心の周りに均等に分散された浮揚効果を起動することができることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の飛行装置。
- 動作中に前記浮揚ユニット(10’)が下向きに動作する浮揚ブロワ(9)であることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記浮揚ユニット(10’)が電気的に駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項8ないし10に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記駆動の動力が前記ホール(100、200、300)の検出ループによって供給されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記浮揚ユニット(7)を駆動するための燃料燃焼モータが前記プラットフォーム(7)に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項8ないし12の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記浮揚ユニット(10’)がロケットブースタの形で設計されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の飛行装置。
- 少なくとも一台の飛行ユニット(10)が位置検出装置(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし14の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記飛行ユニット(10)は、前記位置検出装置(27)の検出結果に基づいて前記遠隔制御装置(26)により制御されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記飛行ユニット(10)を遠隔制御装置によって地面(1)の着陸位置に誘導することができることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記ホール(100、200、300)が少なくとも二つのゾーン(23、24、25)を含み、飛行ユニット(10)による飛行を遠隔制御装置(26)によって前記ゾーンの一つまたは特定のゾーン(23、24、25)に制限することができることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし17の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 少なくとも一つの飛行ユニット(10)が遠隔制御装置(26)に接続された距離センサ(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項15ないし18の一項に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記境界(2、3、4、5、6、21、22)は、電子壁である、請求項1に記載の飛行装置。
- 前記ホールを分割して複数の飛行ゾーンを形成するための、追加の境界をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の飛行装置。
