Claims (3)
- 被冷却体からの熱を受熱し冷却媒体としての純水を液相から気相に変換する蒸発器と、この蒸発器と連通し液相から気相に変換された純水を誘導する気相通路と、この気相通路と連通し気相に変換された純水からの熱を受熱して該純水を気相から液相に変換する凝縮器と、この凝縮器と連通し気相から液相に変換された純水を前記蒸発器へ導戻す液相通路から成る密閉された冷却系を有する純水沸騰冷却装置において、
気相通路又は液相通路の一方又は両方に冷却媒体の循環を抑制又は開閉する冷却媒体開閉手段を備え、前記冷却媒体開閉手段は冷却媒体開閉弁であって、前記冷却媒体開閉弁は密閉系内外の外気圧と内圧の圧力差で作動する差圧弁であって、前記差圧弁の弁部は管であり、弁部の一部又は全部が可撓性部材で形成されていることを特徴とする純水沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記差圧弁の弁部の断面は略偏平形状の管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の純水沸騰冷却装置。
- 前記差圧弁の弁部の断面は内折形状の管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の純水沸騰冷却装置。
