Abstract
【解決手段】そして、この目的を達成するために本発明は、処理回路部14A、14Bからのセンス信号を出力する第1の出力端子15A、15Bと、駆動回路部11A、11B、検知素子12A、12B、検出回路部13A、13B、及び処理回路部14A、14Bの内少なくともいずれか1つを被故障診断部とし、被故障診断部が正常か異常かを判断するとともに異常と判断した場合には故障検知信号を第2の出力端子16Aから出力する故障診断回路16と、を備え、被故障診断部からの故障検知信号に関する出力が第2の出力端子16Aにたどり着くまでの時間が、被故障診断部からのセンス信号に関する出力が第1の出力端子15A、15Bにたどり着くまでの時間よりも短いセンサ装置としたものである。

Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態1における慣性センサについて図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施の形態における慣性センサは、図1に示すごとく、駆動信号を出力する第1、第2の駆動回路部11A、11Bと、この第1の駆動回路部11Aからの第1の駆動信号が入力される角速度検知素子12Aと、第2の駆動回路部11Bからの第2の駆動信号が入力される加速度検知素子12Bと、角速度検知素子12Aから第1の応答信号を取り出す第1の検出回路部13Aと、加速度検知素子12Bからの第2の応答信号を取り出す第2の検出回路部13Bと、第1の検出回路部13Aからの第1の応答信号が入力されるとともに、この第1の応答信号から第1のセンス信号を取り出す第1の処理回路部14Aと、第2の検出回路部13Bからの第2の応答信号が入力されるとともに、この第2の応答信号から第2のセンス信号を取り出す第2の処理回路部14Bと、これら第1、第2の処理回路部14A、14Bからのセンス信号を出力する第1の出力端子15A、15Bを備えている。

Claims (3)
- 駆動信号を出力する駆動回路部と、
前記駆動回路部からの駆動信号が入力される検知素子と、
前記検知素子から応答信号を取り出す検出回路部と、
前記検出回路部からの応答信号が入力されるとともに
この応答信号からセンス信号を取り出す処理回路部と、
前記処理回路部からのセンス信号を出力する第1の出力端子と、
前記駆動回路部、前記検知素子、前記検出回路部、及び前記処理回路部の内
少なくともいずれか1つを被故障診断部とし、
前記被故障診断部が正常か異常かを判断するとともに
異常と判断した場合には故障検知信号を第2の出力端子から出力する故障診断回路と、
を備え、
前記被故障診断部からの前記故障検知信号に関する出力が前記第2の出力端子にたどり着くまでの時間が、
前記被故障診断部からの前記センス信号に関する出力が前記第1の出力端子にたどり着くまでの時間よりも短い
センサ装置。 - 前記被故障診断部から前記第1の出力端子までの電気的接続ラインにおけるいずれかの場所に遅延手段を設けた
請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記故障診断回路が前記被故障診断部が異常であると判断した場合には、
前記故障診断回路が異常電圧値出力命令信号を出力することにより、
前記第1の出力端子が通常の出力電圧範囲外の信号を出力する
