Description
本発明の実施の形態1では、検体試料が尿であり、かつ被検物質がヒトアルブミンである場合について説明する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態2に係る測定デバイスの他の好ましい実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
本比較例においては、抗アルブミン抗体を用いた免疫凝集反応によるアルブミンの測定を行った一例について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 尿素及び被検物質を含む検体試料を保持するための試料保持部と該試料保持部に前記検体試料を供給するための試料供給口とを構成する基体を備え、
前記基体は前記試料保持部が保持する前記検体試料の光学測定を行うための光学測定部と試薬保持部とを備え、
前記試薬保持部が、前記被検物質に対応する抗体及び前記尿素を加水分解するウレアーゼを前記抗体及び前記ウレアーゼの複合体の態様で保持している、測定デバイス。 - 前記試料保持部は、前記基体の内部に前記試料供給口に連通するように形成された空間であり、
前記試薬保持部が、前記空間の内面に、該空間に前記抗体及び前記ウレアーゼの複合体が露出するように形成されている、請求項1記載の測定デバイス。 - 前記光学測定部が、前記試料保持部の外部から該試料保持部の内部に光を入射させるための光入射部と、前記試料保持部の内部から該試料保持部の外部に光を出射させるための光出射部と、を備えている、請求項2記載の測定デバイス。
- 尿素及び被検物質を含む検体試料を保持するための試料保持部と該試料保持部が保持する前記検体試料の光学測定を行うための光学測定部と試薬保持部とを備え、該試薬保持部が前記被検物質に対応する抗体及び前記尿素を加水分解するウレアーゼを前記抗体及び前記ウレアーゼの複合体の態様で保持している測定デバイスを用いた測定方法であって、
(A)前記測定デバイスの試料保持部に前記検体試料を導入し、それにより、前記検体試料が含む尿素を前記ウレアーゼにより加水分解すると共に前記検体試料が含む被検物質と前記抗体との凝集体を生成する工程と、
(B)前記測定デバイスの光学測定部に光源が出射した光を入射させて前記測定デバイスの光学測定部から出射した光を受光素子に入射させる工程と、
(C)前記工程(B)において前記受光素子により受光された光に基づき前記検体試料に含まれる前記被検物質を検出又は定量する工程と、を含む、測定デバイスを用いた測定方法。 - 前記工程(A)が、(D)前記測定デバイスを前記検体試料に浸漬する工程と、(E)前記測定デバイスの試料保持部に前記検体試料を吸引する工程と、を含む、請求項4記載の測定デバイスを用いた測定方法。
