Claims (4)
- 第1のフィラーとしての中空ガラスバルーン粒子と、該中空ガラスバルーン粒子よりも平均粒径の小さい第2のフィラーとを樹脂に混入・分散・硬化してなる音響整合層であって、
前記第2のフィラーの積算90%粒径を前記第1のフィラーの積算10%粒径の1/10以下としたことを特徴とする音響整合層。 - 前記第2のフィラーが球形粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の音響整合層。
- 前記第2のフィラーがカーボン粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の音響整合層。
- 超音波を送受信する略板状の圧電素子と、その超音波送受信面に設けられた請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の音響整合層とを有することを特徴とする超音波センサ。
