Description
重合搬出物中でのW含量の測定(原子吸光分光分析ASについての陽イオン分析)
試料溶液約1gを溶解法に掛け、この場合には、試料を最初に濃硫酸で処理する。鉱酸を発煙させた後、Wを塩酸溶液中に留める。この溶液中でタングステン含量を誘導結合されたプラズマを用いての質量分光分析(ICP−MS)によって測定する。
溶剤が除去されたポリマーを未処理のままDr. Lange社の液体色測定器LICO 200中で測定する。精密キュベット型No. 100-QS(層厚50mm、Helma社)を使用する。
ヒドロキシル価は、物質1gのアセチル化の際に結合された量の酢酸と等量である、mgでの水酸化カリウムの量である。
共重合比を1HでBruker社、装置の型:dpx 400; 400MHz, Log. Standard:テトラメチルシラン(TMS)の機器を用いて溶剤CDCl3を使用しながら測定した。
電磁攪拌装置を有する20 lの二重壁の反応器中でTHF5060gとネオペンチルグリコール440gとの混合物を攪拌し、均質な溶液に変えた。そのために、攪拌しながら水和されたドデカ燐タングステン酸4125g(H3PO4*xH2O、但し、xは、4〜7であるものとする)を添加した。熱媒体(油)の温度を95℃に調節し、乳濁液を5時間非連続的に攪拌した。引続き、8部がNPGからなり、3部がペンタンからなり、残部がTHFからなるネオペンチルグリコール/THF/n−ペンタンからなる混合物200g/hを、連続的に反応容器中に装入した。反応温度を63〜64℃の維持した。その際に蒸発するTHF/ペンタン/水混合物を凝縮させ、後処理に供給した。
反応装置は、50cmの蒸留塔、凝縮器および還流弁を有する蒸留装置と加熱可能な10 lの反応器とからなる。
Claims (8)
- テトラヒドロフランおよびα,ω−ジオールをヘテロポリ酸および炭化水素の存在で共重合させることによってポリオキシアルキレングリコールを1工程で製造する方法において、水を共重合からの前記炭化水素との混合物で留去することを特徴とする、ポリオキシアルキレングリコールを1工程で製造する方法。
- 5〜12個のC原子を有する脂肪族または脂環式炭化水素もしくは6〜12個のC原子を有する芳香族炭化水素またはこれらの混合物を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- ペンタンを炭化水素として使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 同時にテトラヒドロフランを留去する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素と水と場合によってはテトラヒドロフランとからなる混合物を40〜120℃および150ミリバールないし2バールの圧力で留去する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素または炭化水素/テトラヒドロフラン混合物を乾燥後に返送する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を連続的または非連続的に実施することができる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ネオペンチルグリコールをα,ω−ジオールとして使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
