Description
図6(A)及び図6(B)は、RLパラメータ更新プロシージャが成功した場合で、図7(A)及び図7(B)は、RLパラメータ更新プロシージャが失敗した場合である。
図8(A)に示したように、RLパラメータ更新開始プロシージャが開始されると、CRNCは、RLパラメータ更新開始要求メッセージをNode Bに伝達し(S240)、これに対する応答として、Node Bは、RLパラメータ更新開始応答(parameter update initiation response)メッセージをCRNCに伝送する(S242)。
図10(A)を参照すると、RL構成情報プロシージャで、CRNCはNABPプロトコルのRL構成情報メッセージをNode Bに伝達する。もし、CRNC及びSRNCが同一でない場合、図10(B)に示したように、SRNCは、DRNCを通してNode BにRL構成情報メッセージを伝達する。
Claims (30)
- 無線通信システムの無線リンクパラメータを更新する方法であって、前記無線通信システムは、ネットワークコントローラと前記ネットワークコントローラに接続された基地局とを有し、
前記方法は、
前記基地局が前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする場合、前記基地局と前記ネットワークコントローラとの間におけるメッセージを介して前記無線リンクパラメータを更新するためのパラメータ情報を送信することを含み、
前記無線リンクパラメータは、高速ダウンリンクパケット接続(HSDPA)関連パラメータであり、
前記パラメータ情報は、CQI(channel quality indicator)フィードバックサイクル情報、ACK/NACK反復ファクタ情報およびCQI反復ファクタ情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記メッセージは、前記基地局から前記ネットワークコントローラに送信され、
前記無線リンクパラメータの更新は、前記ネットワークコントローラによって最終的に決定される、方法。 - 前記パラメータ情報は、パラメータ値である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザ端末の無線チャネル状態が変更される場合、前記基地局が前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定の周期毎に、または、前記無線リンクパラメータが所定のしきい値を超える場合に、前記基地局が前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周期および前記しきい値は、前記基地局において設定される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記周期および前記しきい値は、前記ネットワークコントローラから提供される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局は、ユーザ端末の無線リンク構成情報に従って前記パラメータ情報を制御する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無線リンク構成情報は、前記ネットワークコントローラから送信される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局は、前記無線リンク構成情報を分析し、前記ユーザ端末がハンドオーバーを開始し終了する場合にのみ、前記基地局は、前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局は、前記ユーザ端末の無線リンクの数が変更される場合にのみ、前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局は、HARQ(hybrid automatic repeat request)機能を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 時間情報と前記ネットワークコントローラにおいて更新された前記パラメータ情報とをユーザ端末に送信することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記時間情報は、活性化時間(activation time)である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記活性化時間は、CFN(connection frame number)値を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワークコントローラは、制御RNC(controlling RNC)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メッセージは、前記基地局と前記ネットワークコントローラとの間の信号である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのネットワークコントローラと、前記ネットワークコントローラに接続された少なくとも1つの基地局と、前記基地局と通信する少なくとも1つのユーザ端末とを有する無線通信システムの無線リンクパラメータ情報を処理する方法であって、前記ユーザ端末が前記方法を実行し、
前記方法は、
前記ネットワークコントローラから高速ダウンリンクパケット接続(HSDPA)関連無線リンクパラメータ情報を受信することと、
前記無線リンクパラメータ情報を更新するために前記基地局と前記ネットワークコントローラとの間におけるメッセージを介して前記基地局から前記ネットワークコントローラに以前に送信された前記受信された高速ダウンリンクパケット接続関連無線リンクパラメータ情報を用いてパラメータ構成を実行することであって、前記無線リンクパラメータ情報の更新は、前記ネットワークコントローラによって最終的に決定される、ことと
を含み、
前記高速ダウンリンクパケット接続関連無線リンクパラメータ情報は、CQI(channel quality indicator)フィードバックサイクル情報、ACK/NACK反復ファクタ情報およびCQI反復ファクタ情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、方法。 - 前記無線リンクパラメータ情報は、無線リンクパラメータ値である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記高速ダウンリンクパケット接続関連無線リンクパラメータ情報は、無線リソース制御(RRC)信号処理を介して受信される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記無線リソース制御(RRC)信号処理は、無線ベアラ再構成、伝送チャネル再構成、物理チャネル再構成メッセージのうちの少なくとも1つを用いる、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記受信するステップは、無線リンクパラメータ更新手順が前記基地局によって開始された後に実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記開始された無線リンクパラメータ更新手順に従って前記基地局の少なくとも1つの高速ダウンリンクパケット接続関連無線リンクパラメータを構成するように前記基地局から前記ネットワークコントローラに前記メッセージを送信することをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 無線通信システムの無線リンクパラメータを更新する方法であって、前記無線通信システムは、ネットワークコントローラと前記ネットワークコントローラに接続された基地局とを有し、前記ネットワークコントローラが前記方法を実行し、
前記方法は、
前記基地局が無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする場合、前記基地局と前記ネットワークコントローラとの間におけるメッセージを介して前記無線リンクパラメータを更新するためのパラメータ情報を受信することを含み、
前記無線リンクパラメータは、高速ダウンリンクパケット接続(HSDPA)関連パラメータであり、
前記パラメータ情報は、CQI(channel quality indicator)フィードバックサイクル情報、ACK/NACK反復ファクタ情報およびCQI反復ファクタ情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記メッセージは、前記基地局から前記ネットワークコントローラによって受信され、
前記ネットワークコントローラは、前記無線リンクパラメータを更新するか否かを最終的に決定する、方法。 - 前記パラメータ情報は、パラメータ値である、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局は、ユーザ端末の無線チャネル状態が変更される場合、前記無線リンクパラメータを更新することを必要とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
