Description
Claims (18)
- 複数の容器装置の各容器で化学又は生物学的分析を同時に実行する方法であって、前記方
法が、
機器に複数の容器装置を提供する工程にして、各容器装置が、
1つ以上の物質を含む複数の容器にして、前記複数の容器が、前記複数の容器の1つ以
上の容器に物質を配量する又はそこから物質を抜き取るよう構成されて、配置された物質
移動装置と相互作用できる複数の容器と、
前記複数の容器を互いに固定状態で接続する容器接続体であって、前記複数の容器と一
体成型されている容器接続体と、
前記1つ以上の容器のそれぞれに関連する1つ以上の接触制限要素にして、前記接触制
限要素はそれぞれ、動作可能な状態で物質移動装置と係合し、物質移動装置の少なくとも
一部と、物質移動装置によって1つ以上の容器に配量される又は容器から抜き取られる物
質との接触を制限するよう構成されて、配置された1つ以上の接触制限要素と、
前記1つ以上の容器に関連し、それに対して固定された近傍にある1つ以上の接触制限
要素保持体にして、前記接触制限要素保持体はそれぞれ、前記接触制限要素の1つと関連
し、前記接触制限要素保持体の構成及び配置がそれぞれ、
(i)前記関連容器の近傍で、動作方向で前記関連接触制限要素を受けて、着脱式に
保持し、前記接触制限要素が物質移動装置と動作可能に係合し、
(ii)前記関連接触制限要素が物質移動装置と動作可能に係合した時に、前記関連
接触制限要素を前記関連接触制限要素保持体から外せるようになっている1つ以上の接触
制限要素保持体と、
前記複数の容器に結合された容器装置操作体とを備えている、機器に複数の容器装置を
提供する工程と、
各容器装置の容器装置操作体と係合する操作フックにして、回転移送キャリア内に並進
可能に取り付けられた操作フックを有した回転移送キャリアを有する操作デバイスで、前
記複数の容器装置を前記機器の異なる位置に動かす行程とを有している、
化学又は生物学的分析を同時に実行する方法であって、
前記1つ以上の接触制限要素が保護チップレットであり、
前記保護チップレットが、近位端及び遠位端及び前記近位端から前記遠位端まで内部に形成された内腔を有する管状本体と、前記管状本体の外周に配置された周辺フランジとを備え、
前記保護チップレットは、前記保護チップレットが物質移動装置の管状要素によって係
合された時、前記管状要素の自由端に摩擦で固定されるよう構成配置されており、
前記1つ以上の接触制限要素保持体がそれぞれ前記関連容器の外面に取り付けられたチップレット保持体であり、前記チップレット保持体が、内部に形成された細長い穴を有して、前記細長い穴に挿入された関連保護チップレットの管状本体を受けいれ、さらに前記細長い穴の軸に対して横断方向に配向されて前記細長い穴の端部を囲む周辺端面を有し、前記保護チップレットの前記管状本体が前記細長い穴に完全に挿入されると、前記保護チップレットの前記周辺フランジが、前記チップレット保持体の前記周辺端面と接触し、前記チップレット保持体が、前記細長い穴と前記細長い穴に挿入された前記関連保護チップレットの前記管状本体との間に摺動締り嵌めを提供するよう構成配置され、それによって前記関連保護チップレットが前記細長い穴内に摩擦固定されている、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記1つ以上の容器が、物質移動装置と同時に係合し
て、物質移動装置が前記1つ以上の容器のそれぞれに同時に物質を配量するか、そこから
物質を抜き取れるよう配置されている、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記容器装置が5つの前記容器を備えている
、方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記複数の容器が縦方向に間隔
をあけて列状に整列した容器である、方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記容器接続体が前記複数の容器の外面に接続された
接続リブ体であり、前記接続リブ体が前記外面から前記容器の列に沿って延在し、前記列
状の容器の両側に沿って延在する概ね直線の縁表面と、前記複数の容器の下端に面した概
ね平坦な肩とを形成している、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記接続リブ体の一端が前記列状の容器の反対側に沿
って上方向に曲がり、前記概ね直線の縁表面から延在する上に傾斜した縁表面を形成して
いる、方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記容器装置が前記複数の容器
と結合し、人間及び/又は機械が読みとれる情報を添付するラベル受け面を提示するラベ
ル受け体を備えている、方法。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の方法において、前記複数の容器の少なくとも1つが反対側の外
面から外側に延在するリブを有し、前記反対側の外面が前記列状の容器の前記反対側に対
応している、方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記複数の容器がそれぞれ円形
の開放した上端及び閉じた下端を有する概ね円筒形の中空体を含んでいる、方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記保護チップレットの前
記管状本体及び前記内腔が概ね円筒形状である、方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記遠位端に近い前記管状
本体の一部が前記管状本体の縦軸に対して角度をつけて形成されている、方法。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記保護チップレットが、
前記周辺フランジから前記管状本体に沿って縦方向に延在し、前記管状本体の残りの部分
の外径より大きい外径を形成する部分をさらに備えている、方法。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記容器装置が、前記チップレット保持体内に形成され、前記細長い穴の側部に沿って延在するスロットをさらに備え、前記スロットが、前記保護チップレットを前記細長い穴に挿入すると、前記チップレット保持体の弾性拡張を可能にするよう構成配置されている、方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記保護チップレットの前記管状本体及び前記内腔が概ね円筒形状であり、前記細長い穴が概ね円筒形状であり、前記チップレット保持体が、前記細長い穴の内面に形成され、円周方向に間隔をあけて軸方向に延在する隆起リブをさらに備え、前記複数の隆起リブの頂部によって形成された内径が、前記細長い穴に挿入された前記関連保護チップレットの前記管状本体の部分の外径より小さく、前記複数の隆起リブの頂部と前記関連保護チップレットの前記管状本体との間に摺動締り嵌めを提供している、方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記保護チップレットの前記管状本体が、前記管状
本体の範囲に沿って厚壁部分を含み、前記厚壁部分が、前記管状本体の残りの部分の外径
より大きい外径を有し、前記複数の隆起リブの頂部によって形成された内径が、前記細長
い穴に挿入された前記関連保護チップレットの前記管状本体の前記厚壁部分の外径より小
さく、前記複数の隆起リブの頂部と前記関連保護チップレットの前記管状本体の前記厚壁
部分との間に摺動締り嵌めを提供している、方法。 - 請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記容器装置が、前記容器装
置の一端に配置された遮蔽体と、前記遮蔽体に取り付けられた容器操作体とをさらに備え
、前記容器操作体が、前記遮蔽体から延在する側板と、前記側板の前記遮蔽体とは反対側
の端に取り付けられ、それに対して横断方向に延在する横断部片とを含み、前記容器操作
体が、容器装置操作デバイスの操作フックを、前記遮蔽体と前記横断部片との間にある空
間に配置して前記容器装置を操作することにより、容器装置操作デバイスと係合するよう
構成配置されている、方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法において、前記遮蔽体及び前記横断部片が、前記遮蔽体と前記
横断部片との間にある前記空間の両側に、互いに面する凸面を含んでいる、方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記容器装置が、前記互いに面する凸面のそれぞれ
に1つずつ配置された隆起尾根をさらに備え、各尾根が、前記凸面それぞれの湾曲に対し
て軸方向に延在し、前記凸面それぞれの概ね中央に配置されている、方法。
