Description
・マトリックスとして、種々のタイプのメタクリレート/アクリレートモノマー並びに有機フィラーを使用し、これは部分架橋されていてもよい。
・磨砕重合体をフィラーとして使用すること、即ち、無機フィラーをモノマー中に混和し、重合及び粉砕すること(B)。
・高分散性フィラーを直接添加すること。この場合、この高分散性フィラーは、自動的に、湿潤可能な大きな表面積を有し、
−強度の濃縮により製造の進行中に取扱い特性が劣悪となり、それに関連して、全フィラーをより少量填入することが出来るに過ぎないか、又は不均質性が生じ、
−プラーク堆積に対する高い親和性、及びそれに伴う変色が生じる。
・無機成分、殊に高分散性フィラー又は磨砕重合体を使用する際の劣悪な取扱い特性を改善すること。これは、貯蔵特性(粉末中の密度差による分離/偏析)に関してのみならず混合特性に関しても、即ち混合物を加工する際にも言えることである。

を含有する歯科材料は有利である。
(a)、(b)に関して − 単官能性又は架橋性(メタ)アクリレートとして以下のものが挙げられる(当然のことながら、架橋性メタクリレート/アクリレートとはモノマー中に2個以上のメタクリレート基を有する化合物である。):
単独又は混合物で使用することができる単官能性又は多官能性(メタ)アクリレート。この化合物のための例として、メチルメタクリレート、イソブチルメタクリレート、シクロヘキシルメタクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ブタンジオールジメタクリレート、ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレート、デカンジオールジメタクリレート、ドデカンジオールジメタクリレート、ビスフェノール−A−ジメタクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、エトキシル化ビスフェノール−A−ジメタクリレートが挙げられるが、しかしながらビス−GMA(2,2−ビス−4−(3−メタクリルオキシ−2−ヒドロキシプロピル)−フェニルプロパン)並びにイソシアネート、殊にジ−及び/又はトリ−イソシアネートとOH基含有メタクリレートとからの反応生成物、及び上記の全ての化合物の相応するアクリレートも挙げられる。イソシアネートの反応生成物のための例は、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート1モルと2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート2モルとの反応生成物、トリ(6−イソシアナトヘキシル)ビウレット1モルとヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート3モルとの反応生成物、及びトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート1モルと2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート2モルとの反応生成物(これはウレタンジメタクリレートとも呼称される)である。適当なモノマーはその都度モノマー自体、それから製造された重合性プレポリマー並びにこれらの混合物である。
メチルメタクリレート 50〜85%
単官能性メタクリレート 1〜10%
シラン化ガラス 10〜40%
の組成を有する。
・フィラーの周囲のマトリックス及びマトリックスとフィラーとの間の結合面が非常に良好に重合し、従って機械的負荷に対して極めて抵抗性を有する。
(a)単官能性メタクリレート/アクリレート 26〜29.8%
(b)架橋性メタクリレート/アクリレート 8%
(c)成分(b)及び(e)からの磨砕重合体 15%
(d)部分的に架橋されたPMMA−ビーズポリマー 20%
(e)シラン化熱分解法シリカ 2%
(f)無機強化ビーズポリマー 25%
(g)開始剤成分 0.1〜1%
(h)着色顔料 0.1〜3%
の例示的な構成が有利であることが判明した。
着色された粉末成分と開始剤含有液体成分とを混合し、標準的なPMMAベースの材料を製造する。この場合、良好な混合挙動が非常に重要であり、これにより不均質性及び多孔性の発生が回避される。引き続き、混練物を冷却下に熱による重合まで中間貯蔵することができる。
高度の審美性を達成するために、少なくとも2層で、しかしながら通常は3層で人工歯を製造する(象牙質/歯頚/切縁もしくはエナメル質)。一般に、外側の切縁層もしくはエナメル層に最も高い機械的負荷がかかる。この点で、この層において、高い耐摩耗性が最も重要な要求である。従って、エナメル層の範囲内は本発明による材料の有利な使用領域である。
1.1 硬度測定
以下の変更されたビッカース硬度測定により硬度を測定する。負荷後の圧痕寸法の測定とは異なり、ツビック(Zwick)硬度測定の場合、負荷の間に直接測定する。これにより、弾性含分、例えばプラスチックを含有する試料の正確な測定可能性の問題が解消される。
屈曲強さ及びE−弾性率をEN ISO1567 −義歯プラスチック を元に測定し、衝撃強度をDIN 53435を元に測定した。
最も一般的に使用されている方法は、2−体−摩耗測定(OCA-2-body-abrasion)及び3−体−摩耗測定(CFA-3-body-abrasion)である。これらの方法は共にISO/PDTR14569/2 −Dental materials guidance on testing of wearに準拠したものである。
上記の配合物の使用から、又特に強化ビーズポリマーの使用から生じる利点は以下の通りである:
・材料の低い硬度、弾性構造及び高い粘性。

- 人工歯であって、該人工歯又はその切縁領域又はそのエナメル領域が、以下:
(a)単官能性メタクリレート/アクリレート 25〜30%
(b)架橋性メタクリレート/アクリレート 6〜10%
(c)成分(b)及び(e)からの磨砕重合体 12〜18%
(d)部分的に架橋されたPMMA−ビーズポリマー 15〜25%
(e)シラン化熱分解法シリカ 1〜5%
(f)無機強化ビーズポリマー 20〜30%
(g)開始剤成分 0.1〜1%
(h)着色顔料 0.1〜3%
を含有する、高い摩耗強度を有する歯科材料から成る人工歯。 - 材料が、以下:
(a)単官能性メタクリレート/アクリレート 26〜29.8%
(b)架橋性メタクリレート/アクリレート 8%
(c)成分(b)及び(e)からの磨砕重合体 15%
(d)部分的に架橋されたPMMA−ビーズポリマー 20%
(e)シラン化熱分解法シリカ 2%
(f)無機強化ビーズポリマー 25%
(g)開始剤成分 0.1〜1%
(h)着色顔料 0.1〜3%
を含有する、請求項1記載の歯。
