Description
(ここで、R4及びR6は、C1〜C12のアルキル基、アリール基、アラルキル基又はシクロアルキル基である)
のアルカノールヘミアセタールとを反応させることにより、かつアルカノールが放出されるところの式(I)に従う化合物の製造法に関する。
のアミノ化合物の縮合生成物を含むアミノアルデヒド樹脂の製造法に関する。
75%の固体含有量を持つメラミン/メチルグリオキシレートラミネート化樹脂の製造のために、14.5グラムのメラミンが、15ミリリットルの水中の21.1グラムのメチルグリオキシレートメタノールヘミアセタールの暖かい(80℃)溶液中で約20分間で溶解される。透明な溶液が室温に冷却され、樹脂溶液が室温において数時間透明のままである。濾紙(Machery-Nagel)が該樹脂溶液により含浸され、そして紙100グラム当り110〜150グラムの乾燥樹脂の密度まで100℃で減圧において乾燥される。該紙は10分間、120℃及び40N/cm2の圧力で圧縮される。実質的に無色かつ透明な、透明ラミネートが得られる。染色試験(“Kiton-test”,DIN-EN 438-2(1991))において、微小量のRhodamine/HCl着色剤が、1時間曝した後にラミネート中に残存する。該紙が、40N/cm2の圧力下に140℃で10分間圧縮されるとき、この試験におけるRhodamine/HCl着色剤を全く吸収しないところの、淡黄色透明の耐引っ掻き性のラミネートが得られ、これは高品質の十分に硬化されたラミネートを示す。ホルムアルデヒドが該ラミネートの製造に使用されなかった故に、ホルムアルデヒドの放出はゼロである。該ラミネートの耐引っ掻き性は、はさみの点でそれを引っ掻くことにより品質的に評価された。これは跡を残さなかった。
Claims (18)
- R4がC1〜C12のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の化合物。
- R4がメチル基又はエチル基であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の化合物。
- R1、R2、及びR5がメラミン環を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- トリアジン、又はグアニジンがアミノ化合物として使用されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- メラミン、メラム、メレム、アンメリン、アンメリド又はウレイドメラミンが、アミノ化合物として使用されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- メラミンがアミノ化合物として使用されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 尿素及び/又はメラミンが式(III)の化合物の製造において使用されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 請求項9又は10記載の方法により製造されたアミノアルデヒド樹脂。
- アミノ化合物対アルデヒド化合物のモル比が1:0.1〜1:3.00であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂。
- アミノ化合物対アルデヒド化合物のモル比が1:0.5〜1:2.0であることを特徴とする請求項12記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれか一つに記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂を用いて製造されたラミネート。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれか一つに記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂から製造された成形物品。
- コーティングとして請求項11〜13のいずれか一つに記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂を使用する方法。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれか一つに記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂を含む接着剤組成物。
- 尿素及び/又はメラミンがアミノ化合物として更に使用されることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一つに記載のアミノアルデヒド樹脂に基づいた接着剤組成物。
