Description
ドイツ特許第100 42 121号は、中空プラスチック製品を製造するための、及び以下の段階:
a)吹き込み成形または同時押出吹き込み成形プラントでチューブラ・プラスチック・パリソンを製造する;
b)押出または同時押出プラスチックパリソンを切開して、少なくとも一つの半仕上げ開放-表面製品(semifinished open-surface product)又は平面部品(planar-surface part)を提供する;
c)得られた半仕上げ開放-表面製品又は平面部品を熱成形してハーフシェル(half shell)を提供する;
d)前記熱成形ハーフシェルを溶接して中空製品を提供する、の各段階を包含するプロセスを開示する。
本発明のデバイスの好都合な態様は、サブクレームに定義する。
本発明は、プラスチックパリソンを分割して、少なくとも一つの半仕上げ開放表面製品又は平面部品を提供するためのデバイスを提供し、ここで前記デバイスは、前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する少なくとも一つの手段を包含し、且つ少なくとも一つの駆動または一つの引き取りメカニズムを包含する。
一つ以上の溶融半仕上げシートを提供するために環状チューブを分割するためのデバイスは、原理的に、殆ど任意の所望の切断デバイスと、それぞれナイフデザインとナイフ形状とを包含し得る。たとえば、切断デバイスは、適切な場合には交換可能でもある、鋭い端部の切断装置を包含することができる。鋭い端部のデバイスの他に、ナイフまたはセパレータとして機能する縁のない、長方形または棒状のデバイスも使用することができる。しかしながら、押出方向に対して横に配置された三角の断面のボデーを包含するプラスチックパリソンを分割する手段が、特に好都合であることが判明した。
本発明のもう一つの好ましい態様において、本発明のデバイスは、プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段のため及び/または駆動手段のためのホルダーを包含する。このホルダーのデザインは、これが半仕上げ開放表面製品又は平面部品のスペーサーとして機能して、分離手順の後に半仕上げ製品と不都合に接触しないようにして、且つ導入されるべき部品とデバイスとに関して自由空間が作られるようにするのが好ましい。
本発明は、さらに押出または同時押出したプラスチックパリソンを分割するための本発明のデバイスを使用して、少なくとも一つの半仕上げ開放表面製品又は平面部品を提供する。
Claims (13)
- プラスチックパリソンを分割する少なくとも一つの手段を使用する、プラスチックパリソンを分割して少なくとも一つの平面部品を提供するためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、前記分割手段の上で、分割したプラスチックパリソンを引っ張って前記分割手段による抵抗力を相殺する、少なくとも一つの駆動手段と、少なくとも一つの、前記平面部品を誘導する手段とを包含する、前記デバイス。
- 前記駆動手段が平滑、型彫り、溝付き及び/またはコーティング化表面である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記駆動手段が、少なくとも一つの被動ロールを包含する、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも一つの被動ロールが、前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段に一体化されている、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段が、端の尖った、交換可能な、切断装置及び/または縁のない、棒状の装置をもつ、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段が、押出方向に対して横に配置された三角形の断面のボデーを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ボデーまたは装置が金属製であり、プラスチックコーティングを有する、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段用及び/または駆動手段用のホルダーを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ホルダーのデザインが、平面部品用のスペーサーとして機能するようなものである、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ホルダー、前記プラスチックパリソンを分割する手段及び/または、駆動手段が、加熱可能であるか、若しくは冷却可能であるか、または所望により加熱若しくは冷却され得る、請求項8または9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記駆動手段である(単数または複数の)被動ロールが、前記プラスチックパリソンの分割手段上の凹部に設置された、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記誘導手段が被動し得、押出方向に対して横に移動し得る誘導ローラーを包含する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 押出または同時押出したプラスチックパリソンを分割して、少なくとも一つの平面部品を提供するための、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のデバイスの使用方法。
