Description
の、直方体形状をなすハウジング(第1のハウジング部)50内に、多数の歯(図示省略)を持つ鉄心10とそれに装着された巻線20を含むモジュールブロックを収納している。リニアモータの一次部用のモジュールブロックの構造は公知なので、ここではこれ以上の説明は省略する。
Claims (6)
- 複数の歯を形成した鉄心(10)および互いに整列された巻線(20)からなるモジュールブロックを備え、巻線は鉄心の歯に装着され、モジュールブロックがハウジング内に収納されている電動機の一次部において、
ハウジングが第1のハウジング部(50)と第2のハウジング部(60)からなっていて閉鎖型に構成され、少なくとも1つのガス入口と少なくとも1つのガス出口を備え、ハウジング内に少なくとも1つのガス通流路(32)が形成されており、
ガス通流路(32)に沿ってガス導通部材が配置され、
ガス導通部材(30、40)が乱流部材(35)を備え、
乱流部材がガス流を巻線の領域内に導き、ガス流を歯の無い巻線領域に向ける
ことを特徴とする電動機の一次部。 - ガス導通部材がハウジング(50、60)の内壁に取付けられるか、ハウジングの内壁がガス導通部材として形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の一次部。
- ハウジングがガス密に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の一次部。
- 第1のハウジング部(50)の少なくとも内底面に所定の高さ迄硬化性の素材をコーティングする工程と、
鉄心(10)およびそれに装着された巻線(20)を有するモジュールブロックをハウジング部および未硬化の素材(70)内に少なくとも部分的に装入する工程と、
第2のハウジング部(60)の表面に素材を所定の高さ迄コーティングする工程と、
未硬化の素材を有する第2のハウジング部を第1のハウジング部およびモジュールブロックに装着する工程と、
素材を完全に硬化させる工程と、
を含む請求項1記載の電動機一次部の製造方法。 - 所定の高さが、歯の高さ方向におけるハウジング(50、60)の内側からコイル面迄の距離(δ、Δ)と少なくとも同じ値であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3の1項に記載の一次部を備えたリニアモータ又は回転型電動機。
