Claims (7)
- 摩擦車変速装置(1)と、2つのシフト要素(Kr、K1)を具備し、摩擦車変速装置(1)と同軸に配置され、シフト要素(K2)により摩擦車変速装置(1)と嵌脱自在に結合される遊星歯車装置(2)と、摩擦車変速装置(1)及び遊星歯車装置(2)を結合する側軸(9)と、を備えた動力分岐式2レンジ変速機において、
遊星歯車装置(2)が2個のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3、4)を含み、ここでマイナス遊星歯車セットとは、当該遊星歯車セットのプラネットキャリアをロックしたときに太陽歯車の回転速度に対するリングギアの回転速度の比が負になるものを意味しており、
第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)のプラネットキャリア(5)がブレーキ(Kr)によりハウジング(G)と係脱自在に結合され、
第2のマイナス遊星歯車セット(4)の太陽歯車(6’)がブレーキ(K1)によりハウジング(G)と係脱自在に結合され、
第2のマイナス遊星歯車セット(4)のリングギヤ(7’)が第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)のプラネットキャリア(5)と結合され、
第2のマイナス遊星歯車セット(4)のプラネットキャリア(5’)が第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)のリングギヤ(7)及び出力軸(8)と結合されている、
ことを特徴とする動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。 - 摩擦車変速装置としてシングルダクト摩擦車変速装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。
- 第1の動力レンジでは、駆動動力が入力軸から摩擦車変速装置(1)、側軸(9)及び遊星歯車装置(2)を経て出力軸(8)に伝達され、
第2の動力レンジでは、駆動動力の第1の部分が入力軸(15)から遊星歯車装置(2)の或る部材(5)に伝達され、駆動動力の第2の部分が摩擦車変速装置(1)及び側軸(9)を経て遊星歯車装置(2)の別の部材(6)に伝達される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。 - 第1の動力レンジでは、駆動動力が摩擦車変速装置(1)、側軸(9)、遊星歯車装置(2)の第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)の太陽歯車(6)及びリングギヤ(7)を経て出力軸(8)に伝達され、
第2の動力レンジでは、駆動動力の第1の部分が遊星歯車装置(2)の第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)のプラネットキャリア(5)に直接伝達され、駆動動力の第2の部分が摩擦車変速装置(1)及び側軸(9)を経て第1のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3)の太陽歯車(6)に伝達される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。 - 側軸(9)が変速段(10)を経て遊星歯車装置(2)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。
- 第1の動力レンジでは、接続状態にあるシフト要素(K1)が遊星歯車装置(2)の一体動作を行わせ、
第2の動力レンジでは、接続状態のクラッチ(K2)が入力軸(15)と遊星歯車装置(2)とを直結させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。 - 遊星歯車装置(2)のマイナス遊星歯車セット(3、4)をラビニョー遊星歯車セットに置き換えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の動力分岐式2レンジ変速機。
