Abstract
【解決手段】低速レンジに動力配分が設けられ、入力軸と加算ギヤの間に配置された遊星歯車セット6のリングギヤ7をハウジングGと嵌脱自在に結合するブレーキLの締結によって動力配分が実現され、高速レンジではクラッチHの締結により加算ギヤのサンギヤ15が加算ギヤのリングギヤ17によってロックされる。

Claims (9)
- 動力分配形トランスミッションであって、バリエータと、ブレーキと、クラッチと、遊星歯車セットからなりそのリングギヤがトランスミッションの出力部をなす加算ギヤと、動力伝達方向に入力軸と加算ギヤの間に配置された別の遊星歯車セットと、を備え、当該別の遊星歯車セットを介してトランスミッションの入力軸の動力の一部が加算ギヤに伝達され、加算ギヤがバリエータと軸平行に配置された副軸を有し、この副軸によってバリエータの出力が所定の変速比で加算ギヤに導かれる動力分配形トランスミッションにおいて、
低速運転レンジ(LOW)に動力配分が設けられ、入力軸(3)と加算ギヤ(2)の間に配置された遊星歯車セット(6)のリングギヤ(7)とハウジング(G)とを嵌脱自在に結合するブレーキ(L)の締結によって動力配分が実現され、高速運転レンジ(HIGH)ではクラッチ(H)の締結によって加算ギヤ(2)のサンギヤ(15)が加算ギヤのリングギヤ(17)によりロックされることを特徴とする動力分配形トランスミッション。 - 遊星歯車セット(6)及び加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットがマイナス遊星歯車セットとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- ギヤード・ニュートラル・トランスミッションとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- バリエータがベルトドライブ式バリエータ又は摩擦車形バリエータとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- 入力軸(3)が一方でバリエータ(1)と他方で遊星歯車セット(6)のサンギヤ(8)と結合され、遊星歯車セット(6)のプラネットキャリアが加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットのプラネットキャリア(16)と結合され、低速運転レンジ(LOW)でブレーキ(L)が締結されると、動力が一方では入力軸(3)から遊星歯車セット(6)のサンギヤ(8)及びプラネットキャリア(9)を経て加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットのプラネットキャリア(16)に、他方ではバリエータ(1)から副軸(10)を経て加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットのサンギヤ(15)に伝達され、高速運転レンジ(HIGH)でクラッチ(H)が締結され、それによってサンギヤ(15)が加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットのリングギヤ(17)によってロックされ、動力がバリエータ(1)から副軸(10)を経てサンギヤ(15)に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- 全動力が加算ギヤ(2)の遊星歯車セットのリングギヤ(17)を経て出力軸(18)に伝達され、その際高速運転レンジ(HIGH)では出力部が入力部と同じ回転方向を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- バリエータ出力の所定の変速比を生じるために、動力伝達方向にバリエータ出力部と加算ギヤ(2)の間に2つの平歯車段(11、12)か又はチェーン段(13)及び平歯車対(14)が設けられ、それぞれ動力伝達方向に副軸(10)の前後に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- 種々の平歯車又は遊星歯車変速比によって約0.2ないし0.9で可変のオーバドライブが実現されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
- クラッチ(H)及びブレーキ(L)が多板式シフト要素として、又は効率の向上のためにかみ合い式又は同期式シフト要素として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の動力分配形トランスミッション。
