Claims (10)
- 複数の変速範囲の変速を無段階に実施することができる速度可変器(8)および変速歯車装置(9)と、第1軸(11)の範囲において変速機入力部(12)に作用連結され、第2軸(14)の範囲において前記変速歯車装置(9)に作用連結されそして第3軸(16)の範囲において前記速度可変器(8)に作用連結されている遊星歯車装置(7)とを備え、伝達すべきトルクが少なくとも2つの出力経路を経て前記変速機入力部(12)と変速機出力部(10)との間で案内可能であり、前記速度可変器(8)が前記両出力経路の一方に配置されている、車両ドライブトレイン(1)の無段変速機(4)において、
前記変速歯車装置(9)が前記速度可変器(8)と前記変速機出力部(10)との間に配置されており、その際、前記遊星歯車装置(7)の第2軸(14)が遊星キャリアとして形成されており、および変速機主軸(15)と相対回転しないように形成可能であることを特徴とする無段変速機(4)。 - 前記遊星歯車装置(7)の前記第1軸(11)が内歯歯車として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記速度可変器(8)が巻掛け式速度可変器または摩擦車式速度可変器として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記速度可変器の軸(21)の少なくとも1本が変速機主軸(15)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 変速歯車装置(9)が少なくとも1個のコイルタイプギヤユニットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 伝達すべきトルクが1つのギヤレンジにおいて一方の出力経路だけを経て案内されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 伝達すべきトルクが前記遊星歯車装置(7)の範囲において両出力経路に分割可能であり、かつ前記変速歯車装置(9)の範囲において合流可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- ギヤレンジを切換えるために、かみ合い式のシフトエレメント(24、25;41、42、43;56、65、66)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記遊星歯車装置(7)の第3軸(16)と前記速度可変器(8)との間の作用連結部が少なくとも1個の平歯車段(20)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記遊星歯車装置(7)の第3軸(16)が太陽歯車として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
