Claims (24)
- 液体をろ過するときに使用するための膜の外表面を洗浄する方法であって、
相対的に高い位置及び相対的に低い位置の第1スリーブの間に取り付けられかつ液体に浸された多孔性中空膜の束を準備するステップと、
前記第1スリーブから離間して配置されたガス供給手段を用いて、前記束の周囲から前記束に向けて前記束の垂直軸に直交する方向にガス泡を導くステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記束を囲む第2スリーブを用いて前記ガス泡を前記束内における前記束の長さ方向の少なくとも一部に沿って保持するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上下方向に配置されている多孔性中空膜の束と、前記束の周囲に配置されてガス泡が前記束の垂直軸に直交する方向で導かれるガス供給手段と、を備えることを特徴とする膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記束について前記束の長さ方向の少なくとも一部に沿って配置されたスリーブをさらに備え、
前記スリーブが、ガス泡に対して不浸透性であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。 - 前記スリーブが、前記束の長さの17%以上延設されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記スリーブが、前記束の長さ方向の大部分に沿って延設されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記スリーブが、前記ガス供給手段に近接し、かつ該ガス供給手段の上に配されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記多孔性中空膜が、中空繊維膜を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記束が、円筒形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記ガス供給手段が、該ガス供給手段の内周に配置された複数の開口が形成されたチューブを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記ガス供給手段が、前記開口の周囲に配置されたチューブ状延長部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記束の長さ方向に沿って配置された複数のガス供給手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 第1スリーブの間に取り付けられて上下方向に配置された多孔性中空膜の束と、
ガス泡を前記束の周囲から前記束に向けて、前記第1スリーブと独立して前記束の垂直軸に直交する方向に導くためのガス供給手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする膜ろ過モジュール。 - 前記束について前記束の長さ方向の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された第2スリーブをさらに備え、
前記第2スリーブが、前記ガス泡に対して不浸透性であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。 - 前記第2スリーブが、前記束の長さの17%以上延設されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記第2スリーブが、前記束の長さ方向の大部分に沿って延設されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記第2スリーブが、前記ガス供給手段に近接し、かつ該ガス供給手段の上に配されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記多孔性中空膜が、中空繊維膜を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記束が、円筒形状であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記束の長さ方向に沿って複数のガス供給手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記ガス供給手段が、該ガス供給手段の内周に配置された複数の開口が形成されたチューブを備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記ガス供給手段が、前記開口の周囲に配置されたチューブ状延長部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記多孔性中空膜を支持して配置されたスクリーンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
- 前記多孔性中空膜を支持して配置されたスクリーンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の膜ろ過モジュール。
