本发明公开了一种中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征是它包括有膜件主体(7),膜件主体(7)上下端均套有外筒(6),膜件主体(7)内部设有中空纤维(11),中空纤维(11)的上端设有布水器(9),其下端设有膜分格支撑件(5),所述布水器(9)的布水孔孔径随离进水口(10)距离增大而逐渐变大,且它们呈环形设置,膜件主体(7)上端的外筒(6)上部连接上端头(8),膜件主体(7)下端的外筒(6)下部连接下端头(2),下端头(2)下端设有端口(1)。本发明外形美观,制作组装方便,通量大,密封性能好,占用空间小,特别适用于工业净水。

中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理领域中的超滤装置,具体地说,是一种中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置。
背景技术
目前,在水处理领域所使用的超滤膜组件,一般其膜壳采用有机玻璃管,容易碎,且浇注时树脂分布不均匀,安装困难,通量小。有的超滤膜组件膜壳采用UPVC管,外筒采用ABS工程塑料,两种不同材质胶结时,容易出现粘结不牢的情像,从而导导致漏水,并且UPVC管拉伸强度及韧性较差,常常表现为脆性,延伸率低而易断裂。密封结构与外连接时一般用螺纹连接或直接压上垫圈,密封性不好,也容易漏水。布水器水流方向采用大面积开孔横流式,增大了对膜丝的冲击力,随着进水量的增加,膜丝会过早的疲劳断裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的则是针对目前上述现有技术的不足,提供一种密封性好,组装方便,通量大,膜丝不易断裂的中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征它包括有膜件主体,膜件主体上下端均套有外筒,膜件主体内部设有中空纤维,中空纤维的上端设有布水器,其下端设有膜分格支撑件,所述布水器的布水孔孔径随离进水口距离增大而逐渐变大,且它们呈环形设置,膜件主体上端的外筒上部连接上端头,膜件主体下端的外筒下部连接下端头,下端头下端设有端口。
所述外筒与膜件主体材质均为ABS工程塑料。
所述膜分格支撑件设有分布均匀的6个分格。
所述膜件主体上下两端的外筒分别与上端头、下端头均通过密封圈连接密封。
所述膜件主体上下两端的外筒与上端头、下端头的连接处设有紧固装置,所述紧固装置由4个点焊到钢带圈上的90度弧段模块组装而成。
本发明的有益效果有:
外形美观,制作组装方便,通量大,密封性能好。外筒及膜件主体抗冲击强度较高,化学稳定性强,柔韧性好。布水器特殊的开孔结构既保证反冲洗或进水布水均匀,而且由于水流方向与膜丝方向平行,减少了对膜丝的冲击,不会使膜丝疲劳或断裂,提高了膜的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明的膜件主体7上下端均套有外筒6,膜件主体7内部设有中空纤维11,中空纤维11的上端设有布水器9,其下端设有膜分格支撑件5。如图2所示,本发明布水器9的布水孔孔径随离进水口10距离增大而逐渐变大,且它们呈环形设置,布水器9采用槽式底部开孔进行布水,布水孔开孔大小根据布水孔截面与进水流径成正比的原则,离进水口近的地方开孔小且少,离进水口远的地方开孔多且大,沿四周开孔,保证反冲洗或进水布水均匀,水流方向与膜丝方向平行,减少了对膜丝的冲击,不会使膜丝疲劳或断裂,这样更有效率的提高了膜的使用寿命。膜件主体7上端的外筒6上部连接上端头8,膜件主体7下端的外筒6下部连接下端头2,下端头2下端设有端口1。
本发明的外筒6与膜件主体7材质均为ABS工程塑料,并由统一材质ABS专用胶粘结,同一种材质粘结牢固,且ABS工程塑料综合性能好,抗冲击强度较高,化学稳定性强,柔韧性好。
本发明的膜分格支撑件5设有分布均匀的6个分格,使灌浇树脂及组装时更方便。
本发明膜件主体7上下两端的外筒6分别与上端头8、下端头2均通过密封圈3连接密封,并且在密封圈3的组装处设置凹槽固定,这样可防止密封圈松动,密封性能好。并且膜件主体7上下两端的外筒6与上端头8、下端头2的连接处通过紧固装置4固定。如图3所示,紧固装置4由4个点焊到钢带圈9上的90度弧段模块10组装而成,焊点11在90度弧段模块10均匀分布,这样所需的加工模具小,方便制作,成本低,安装便捷,密封性能好,不会产生漏水现象。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部份与现有技术相同。

Claims (5)

1.一种中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征它包括有膜件主体(7),膜件主体(7)上下端均套有外筒(6),膜件主体(7)内部设有中空纤维(11),中空纤维(11)的上端设有布水器(9),其下端设有膜分格支撑件(5),所述布水器(9)的布水孔孔径随离进水口(10)距离增大而逐渐变大,且它们呈环形设置,膜件主体(7)上端的外筒(6)上部连接上端头(8),膜件主体(7)下端的外筒(6)下部连接下端头(2),下端头(2)下端设有端口(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征是所述外筒(6)与膜件主体(7)材质均为ABS工程塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征是所述膜分格支撑件(5)设有分布均匀的6个分格。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征是所述膜件主体(7)上下两端的外筒(6)分别与上端头(8)、下端头(2)均通过密封圈(3)连接密封。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的中空纤维超滤膜过滤装置,其特征是所述膜件主体(7)上下两端的外筒(6)与上端头(8)、下端头(2)的连接处设有紧固装置(4),所述紧固装置(4)由4个点焊到钢带圈(9)上的90度弧段模块(10)组装而成。
