Claims (3)
- 台金にセグメント型の砥石チップを取り付けた砥石であって、前記砥石チップが、砥粒の結合材としてメタルボンドを使用した砥材層に、雄ネジが形成された耐熱合金または耐熱鋼からなるネジ棒の雄ネジが形成された部分が埋め込まれて成形され焼成された砥石チップであり、この砥石チップの前記ネジ棒が台金に形成されたネジ棒挿入孔に挿入されナットで締結されたメタルボンド砥石。
- 台金にセグメント型の砥石チップを取り付けた砥石の製造方法であって、砥粒の結合材としてメタルボンドを使用し、雄ネジを形成した耐熱合金または耐熱鋼からなるネジ棒の雄ネジが形成された部分を砥材層に埋め込んで成形し焼成して砥石チップを作成し、この砥石チップの前記ネジ棒を台金に形成したネジ棒挿入孔に挿入し、ナットで締結することを特徴とするメタルボンド砥石の製造方法。
- 前記ネジ棒の少なくとも砥材層に埋め込まれる部分の外面に金属メッキを施す請求項2記載のメタルボンド砥石の製造方法。
