Claims (4)
- プラスチックと精錬用の冷却材とからなる混合物を酸素吹錬中に転炉炉口から転炉内に装入して行う鋼の転炉精錬方法であって、前記精錬用の冷却材として、鉄鉱石、マンガン鉱石、クロム鉱石、ニッケル鉱石、ミルスケール、製鉄ダスト、磁選屑及び機械工場で発生する鋼の切削屑のいずれか1種以上を使用すると共に、前記混合物中のプラスチックの質量比を、混合物の比重が転炉内の溶融スラグの比重と同等かまたはそれ以上となり且つ冷却材による冷却効果とプラスチックの燃焼熱による昇熱効果とがバランスする質量比よりも高い質量比となるように調整した混合物Aと、混合物中のプラスチックの質量比を、95質量%以下で且つ混合物の比重が転炉内の溶融スラグの見掛け比重よりも小さくなるように調整した混合物Cと、を準備し、混合物を昇熱材として使用する場合には混合物Aを使用し、混合物を冷却材として使用する場合には混合物Cを使用することを特徴とする、鋼の転炉精錬方法。
- 酸素吹錬終了時の溶鋼の温度が所定の温度となるように、混合物A及び混合物Cの投入量を調整することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼の転炉精錬方法。
- プラスチックと精錬用の冷却材とからなる混合物を酸素吹錬中に転炉炉口から転炉内に装入して行う鋼の転炉精錬方法であって、前記精錬用の冷却材として、鉄鉱石、マンガン鉱石、クロム鉱石、ニッケル鉱石、ミルスケール、製鉄ダスト、磁選屑及び機械工場で発生する鋼の切削屑のいずれか1種以上を使用すると共に、前記混合物中のプラスチックの質量比を、混合物の比重が転炉内の溶融スラグの比重と同等かまたはそれ以上となり且つ冷却材による冷却効果とプラスチックの燃焼熱による昇熱効果とがバランスする質量比よりも高い質量比となるように調整した混合物Aと、混合物中のプラスチックの質量比を、混合物の比重が転炉内の溶融スラグの比重と同等かまたはそれ以上となり且つ冷却材による冷却効果とプラスチックの燃焼熱による昇熱効果とがバランスする質量比よりも低い質量比となるように調整した混合物Bと、混合物中のプラスチックの質量比を、95質量%以下で且つ混合物の比重が転炉内の溶融スラグの見掛け比重よりも小さくなるように調整した混合物Cと、を準備し、混合物を昇熱材として使用する場合には混合物Aを使用し、混合物を冷却材として使用する場合には混合物B及び混合物Cを使用することを特徴とする、鋼の転炉精錬方法。
- 酸素吹錬終了時の溶鋼の温度が所定の温度となるように、混合物A、混合物B及び混合物Cの投入量を調整することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の鋼の転炉精錬方法。
