Description
高純度濃縮ヒドロキシルアミン水溶液は、通常無塩ヒドロキシルアミン水溶液から製造される。
EP188387A2は、テイクオフ(取り出し)位置及び供給ラインの下部及び上部に、より高い圧力降下及びより高い液体滞留量によって特徴づけられる機械的段を有していて、その結果、それがなければ塔の内容物の供給又は除去に起因して充填に影響するあらゆる変動が改善されている充填分別(分留)塔を開示している。
この塔は、分別される蒸気が過冷却又は加熱状態で塔を通過する場合に、特に推奨される。K.Sattler編:Thermische Trennverfahren,第3版、Wiley−VCH,Weinheim2001,242−249頁、には、種々の充填物及び充填要素塔の概観が記載されている。D.W.Green編:Perry’s Chemical Engineer’s Handbook,McGraw−Hill,New York 1997、14−21〜14−61頁は、気液接触装置、例えば塔段(カラムトレイ)又は段塔(トレイカラム)及び構造化充填物、ダンプ充填物及び構造化充填物とダンプ充填物とを充填された塔の概観を記載している。
US6235162は、ヒドロキシルアミン溶液を精製するための二段階法を開示しており、その第1段階では揮発性の構成物(例、有機溶媒、アンモニア、窒素又はその他の気体等)が充填塔を通じて溶液から放出される。続く第2段階は、受容器(フラスコ)に残余しており、揮発性の構成物を含まなくなったヒドロキシルアミン溶液を、フラッシュオーバー蒸留して非揮発性の構成物を含まないものとする工程からなる。
従って、上述の蒸留は、高度の技術的負担と多くの時間とを必要とする。
さらに、蒸留にもかかわらず、ヒドロキシルアミン水溶液は、その製法からの不純物、例えば硫酸ナトリウム又は他の金属化合物を、望ましくないほど大量に含んでいる。
33段及び1.3mの直径を有する段式塔で、8.9質量%のヒドロキシルアミン(遊離塩基)水溶液を、2.2t/hの量で下からの8段に加えた。
手順は、それぞれ150mm高充填のハイフローリング38/1(Rauschert製、Steinwiesen,Germany)を段に設置したことを除いては、比較例1と同様である。
手順は、供給を3.4t/hとした点を除いて、実施例1と同様であった。
Claims (5)
- 2以上の機械的段を有する段式塔で無塩ヒドロキシルアミン水溶液の蒸留によって高純度ヒドロキシルアミン水溶液を製造する方法であって、前記段式塔の1以上の段の上部に、充填材料が塔の断面にわたって配置されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 段式塔が10〜50の機械的段を有している請求項1に記載の方法。
- 用いられる充填材料がラッシヒリング、ポールリング、サドル、ハイフローリング、スーパーラッシヒリング、カスケードミニリング、IMTPリング、ナッタリング、及び構造化充填物からなる群から選択される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 段式塔の温度が10℃〜160℃の範囲にある請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 用いられる段式塔が、クロスフロー段式塔又はデュアルフロー段式塔である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
