Description
제EP 188 387 A2호는 압력 강하 및 액체 보유력이 커서 칼럼의 공급 또는 제거에 의한 충전에 영향을 줄 수 있을 혹종의 변동을 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 트레이를 공급 라인의 상하 및 개시 위치에 갖는 충전된 분별 칼럼에 대하여 개시하고 있다. 이 칼럼은 분별될 스트림이 초냉각 또는 초가열된 상태에서 칼럼내로 들어갈 경우 특히 추천된다. 문헌[K. Sattler (ed.): Thermische Trennverfahren, 3판, Wiley-VCH, 바인하임 2001, 242-249 페이지]에는 여러가지 충전 및 충전 부재 칼럼이 개시되어 있다. 문헌[D. W. Green (ed.): Perry's Chemical Engineer's Handbook, McGraw-Hill, 뉴욕 1997, 14-21 페이지 내지 14-61 페이지]에는 예컨대 칼럼 트레이 또는 트레이 칼럼과 같은 기-액 접촉 장치 및 구조화된 충전재, 덤프 충전재 및 구조화된 충전재와 덤프 충전재로 충전된 칼럼이 개시되어 있다.
제US 6 235 162호는 충전된 칼럼을 통하여 용액으로부터 (유기 용매, 암모니아, 질소 또는 기타 기체와 같은) 휘발성 구성 성분을 제거하는 제1 단계를 포함하는 히드록실 용액을 정제하는 2-단계 방법에 대하여 개시하고 있다. 이후의 제2 단계는 수용 플라스크내에 잔류하고 휘발성 구성 성분이 없는 히드록실아민 용액을 플래쉬오버 증류시켜 이로부터 비휘발성 구성 성분을 제거하는 것을 포함한다.
Claims (5)
- 2 이상의 기계적 플레이트를 가지며 1 이상의 플레이트 상에 충전 재료가 횡단면에 걸쳐 배치되어 있는 플레이트-형 칼럼내에서 염이 없는 히드록실아민의 수용액을 증류시킴으로써 고순도의 히드록실아민 수용액을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플레이트-형 칼럼이 10∼50 개의 기계적 플레이트를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 충전 재료가 종래의 충전 재료, 고-효율 충전 재료 또는 구조화된 충전재인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플레이트-형 칼럼내 온도가 10∼160℃ 범위내인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 플레이트-형 칼럼이 직교류 플레이트-형 칼럼 또는 이중 흐름 플레이트-형 칼럼인 것인 방법.
