本発明における音波反射手段は、ある程度の質量を要する遮音壁式のものとは異なり、ノーズ部に向けて、音波の位相を反転せしめて反射できる手段であれば何でも良く、ごく薄い膜状のものとして軽量化もでき、パラボラ状反射板として、より効果を高めることができる。

Claims (4)
- 所定枚数の羽根(26)を有する羽根車(25)と、該羽根車(25)が偏心配置され、前記羽根車(25)の基板中央部(25a)に対面して吸込口(22)が形成されるとともに、前記羽根車(25)の外周(25b)との間に、始端部が狭幅のノーズ部(23a)となり、かつ、終端部が広幅の吐出口(23b)となる渦巻き状のスクロール通路(23)を画成するファンケース(21)と、前記羽根車(25)を回転駆動する駆動源(40)と、を備えた送風ファン(20)であって、
前記ノーズ部(23a)を発生源として外部に放出される騒音を低減すべく、前記ノーズ部(23a)から前記低減すべき騒音の放射方向Eに沿って1/2波長分だけ離隔した位置に、前記吸込口(22)の一部を覆うように音波反射手段(35,37)が配在されていることを特徴とする送風ファン。 - 前記吸込口(22)を覆うように、吸入用開口(32、33)が多数形成された格子状等の骨組み部からなる皿状のファンカバー(30)が配設され、該ファンカバー(30)が前記音波反射手段(35,37)として機能するように、前記ファンカバー(30)に前記吸入用開口(32)の幾つかが閉塞されてなる盲板部(35)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風ファン。
- 前記音波反射手段(35,37)の位置が前記羽根車(25)の回転数に応じて可変とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風ファン。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の送風ファン(20)を備えた風力利用作業機。
