Claims (2)
- スタンドの作業ロール、プレスロール、及び補助的なプレスロールと各々に共働する複数の電磁システムを利用して、圧延力を発生させ、これを調節する工程を有し、前記補助的なプレスロールは、垂直面内で自由に動き得るように設けられている圧延方法において、
前記圧延力は、圧延面に対称に設けられたШ形状のコアを備えた電磁手段によって発生され、前記Ш形状のコアの複数の極が、前記圧延面の側で前記圧延面に平行な複数のロールの直径の平面の真下で前記複数のロールを囲み、前記圧延面の側において内側極が前記作業ロールを囲み、外側極が前記プレスロールを囲み、
前記圧延力は、前記補助的なプレスロールの電磁システムと、互いに共働する電磁システムを備えた可動ユニットと静止ユニットとを備えた油圧スクリューダウン機構を使用すると共に、前記Ш形状のコアのコイル内の電流の強さを変えることによって調節されることを特徴とする圧延方法。 - 非磁性体で形成されたハウジングと、作業ロールと、プレスロールと、ロール駆動手段と、電磁システムとを具備し、前記作業ロール及びプレスロールは垂直面内で動くようにされているスタンドにおいて、
前記電磁システムは、コアの内側極を囲むコイルを備えた少なくとも1対のШ形状のコアとして構成され、前記Ш形状のコアの複数の極の間に、作業ロールとプレスロールとは位置され、前記Ш形状のコアは圧延面に対して対称に設けられ、前記Ш形状のコアの複数の極が、前記圧延面の側で前記圧延面に平行な複数のロールの直径の平面の真下で前記複数のロールを囲み、前記圧延面の側において内側極が前記作業ロールを囲み、外側極が前記プレスロールを囲んでおり、
前記スタンドは、1対の補助的なプレスロールと、この補助的なプレスロールと共働する補助的なプレスロールの電磁システムとを備え、
前記補助的なプレスロールの電磁システムは、ハウジングに対して垂直方向に動き得るように設けられており、
互いに共働する電磁システムを備えた可動ユニットと静止ユニットとを備えた油圧スクリューダウン機構が設けられている、
ことを特徴とするスタンド。
