Description
この既設管路の補修・補強工事については各種の工法が提案され、実用化されているが、このうち、柔軟な管状内張材に硬化性樹脂を含浸させ流体圧により反転させながら管路内面に内張りする反転・内張り工法が近年注目されている。
(1)まず、内張り施工範囲の始・終端部に発進立坑2と到達立坑3を設け、傾斜した既設の管路1を切断する。
(2)発進側の管路1の管端には内張材10の反転用液体29に所望の反転圧を生じさせ、かつ内張材10を管路1にスムーズに挿入させるための鉛直管の下端部を曲げた誘導管4を取付ける。また、誘導管4を使用せず内張材10の挿入端に固定用の円筒のみを設置してもよい。
傾斜管路1の勾配が緩い場合や、管路長が短い場合の内張材10の施工は図1の構成とする。即ち、到達側管路の端部に注排気孔18を具備し、注排気孔18にバルブ21付きの注排気管22を接続した密閉蓋19を固定した状態で内張材10を反転挿入する。密閉蓋19のバルブ21は内張材10の反転挿入に先立って閉じておく。
界圧pcを超え更に安全率を超えた場合は、内張材10の反転部12が破裂する恐れがあ
るため背圧側管路内に圧縮気体を注入して、差圧Δpが内張材10の耐圧pc以下になる
ようにして反転内張り施工を行う。
図6では、傾斜管路1の到達側管路端に設けた密閉蓋19の注排気孔18にコンプレッサー23を接続しておき、内張材10の挿入時にコンプレッサー23から連続的または間欠的に背圧用気体(圧縮気体)28を注入するもので、背圧pa3が反転圧piよりわずかに低くなるように注入圧pa4を調整しながら前記の注入を行う。そして、内張材10が管路内に挿入されるに従って背圧側管路内の背圧が高まり、反転圧piと背圧pa3が同じになるA点以降はコンプレッサー23を停止して、密閉蓋19のバルブ21を徐々に開いて背圧側管路内の背圧用気体28を排出して、背圧pa2を低下させて内張材10の反転・進行を継続する反転内張りの施工方法を実施する。
内張材10の反転・進行を制御するため、図1に示すように、内張材10の端部に反力ロープ11を取付けて反転内張する施工方法がある。この施工方法においては、反力ロープ11の反力Rを内張材10の挿入時に反転前の内張材10に弛みが生じなく円滑に挿入するような値とし、反転圧piと背圧の差圧Δpを考慮する際、反転圧piは反力ロープ11に与える反力Rによる圧力pr=R/A(管路断面積)を差し引いた値とする。

Claims (3)
- 管路内径とほぼ等しい外径の柔軟な管状の内張材に硬化性樹脂を含浸させ、管路内に挿入して液体圧により反転させながら管路内に内張りする反転内張方法において、予め到達側管路端に、バルブを備えた注排気孔を有する密閉蓋を取付けておき、内張材挿入時に挿入側管路内に反転用液体を注入しながら、かつ、反転部より前方の背圧側管路内への前記注排気孔からの背圧用気体の注入または、前記背圧側管路内からの背圧用気体の排出による背圧側管路内圧力調整を行いながら内張材を反転・進行させ、前記背圧側管路内圧力調整として、挿入側管路に内張材を挿入後、反転用液体を注入する初期状態において、前記注排気孔に接続したコンプレッサーによって背圧側管路内に圧縮気体を供給して背圧気体を所定圧に高めておき、反転用液体圧p i と背圧側管路内の背圧気体の圧力p a の差圧(Δp=p i −p a )が内張材の限界圧力以下となるようにして挿入側管路に反転用液体を注入しながら内張材を反転・進行させ、前記差圧Δpが零になった後は、注排気孔から背圧側管路内の気体を徐々に排出して内張材を反転・進行させることを特徴とする管路の反転内張り方法。
- 管路内径とほぼ等しい外径の柔軟な管状の内張材に硬化性樹脂を含浸させ、管路内に挿入して液体圧により反転させながら管路内に内張りする反転内張方法において、予め到達側管路端に、バルブを備えた注排気孔を有する密閉蓋を取付けておき、内張材挿入時に挿入側管路内に反転用液体を注入しながら、かつ、反転部より前方の背圧側管路内への前記注排気孔からの背圧用気体の注入または、前記背圧側管路内からの背圧用気体の排出による背圧側管路内圧力調整を行いながら内張材を反転・進行させ、前記背圧側管路内圧力調整として、到達側管路の前記注排気孔にコンプレッサーを接続しておき、内張材挿入時において、挿入側管路内に注入する反転用液体圧p i と背圧側管路内の背圧気体の圧力p a の差圧(Δp=p i −p a )が内張材の限界圧力以下になるように前記コンプレッサーによって背圧側管路内に圧縮気体を注入して背圧管路の圧力を調整しながら、且つ内張材の反転・進行速度を制御し、前記差圧Δpが零になった後は注排気孔から背圧側管路内の気体を徐々に排出して内張材を反転・進行させることを特徴とする管路の反転内張り方法。
- 内張材の反転・進行を制御するため内張材の端部に反力ロープを取付けた反転内張り方法において、反力ロープが所定反力Rとなるように反転用液体圧に応じて背圧気体圧を調整して排出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の管路の反転内張り方法。
