Claims (8)
- ノズルタッチ圧が印加されていない状態において射出装置側に傾斜した固定プラテンと、
射出装置を駆動してノズルタッチ圧を発生させる駆動機構と、
ノズルタッチ圧と該固定プラテンの傾斜量との関係を表す情報に基づいて、前記固定プラテンの傾斜量が所定の範囲内になるように、該駆動機構が発生させるノズルタッチ圧を制御する制御部と
を有することを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形機であって、
前記関係を表す情報は、成形前に予め記憶部に格納されることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形機であって、
前記関係を表す情報は、ノズルタッチ圧を加えながら前記固定プラテンの傾斜量を実測することにより得られた情報であることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形機であって、
前記関係を表す情報は、前記固定プラテンに固定金型を取り付けた状態で得られた情報であることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形機であって、
前記関係を表す情報は、ノズルタッチ圧を加えることによる前記固定プラテンの傾斜量をシミュレーションにより推定することにより得られた情報であることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項5記載の射出成形機であって、
前記シミュレーションは、前記固定プラテンに取り付けられる固定金型の重量を考慮した条件に基づいて行なわれたことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形機であって、
前記関係を表す情報は、成形中に前記固定プラテンの傾斜量を実測しながら求められ、記憶部に格納されることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形機であって、
タイバーを介して前記固定プラテンに接続されたトグルサポート及び該タイバーに沿って移動可能な可動プラテンも、前記固定プラテンと同様に傾斜していることを特徴とする射出成形機。
