Claims (3)
- 内輪の内径面に、前記内輪の軸方向両端部を除く中央部に潤滑剤溜め用螺旋溝と、この螺旋溝の両端と連通して内輪内径面全周に延在する一対の潤滑剤溜め用円周溝と、前記内輪内径面の前記円周溝より外方の両端部の、前記内輪軸方向両端の幅面から内方に延在して当該幅面から近い方の前記円周溝と所定の間隔で隣接する、内輪内径より大径の一対の潤滑剤供給用及び軸挿入時案内用大径部とを形成した転がり軸受において、
前記一対の大径部は、前記内輪が嵌合される軸の逃げ部となり、大径部と前記軸との間に途中給脂時のグリース経路、グリース溜め部となる隙間が形成され、前記大径部とこの大径部に近い方の円周溝の間の内輪内径面部分に、大径部と円周溝を連通する、前記大径部を利用した途中給脂時の潤滑剤の通路となる潤滑剤通路を内輪軸方向に貫通させて形成したことを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 前記潤滑剤通路が、前記内輪内径面部分の全周に形成した筒状通路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤通路が、前記内輪内径面部分の一箇所又は複数箇所に内輪軸方向に貫通させた溝状通路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
