Claims (14)

- 液漏れ部又は穴部における液体流を遮断するための方法であって、ここで、S−値が72%よりも大きくかつ20から70wt%の範囲でシリカ含有量を有するシリカゾルと、少なくとも1種のゲル化剤とを混合することにより得られる封止用組成物を液漏れ部又は穴部に導入することからなる前記方法。
- 封止用組成物を製造するための方法であって、S−値が72%よりも大きくかつ20から70wt%の範囲でシリカ含有量を有するシリカゾルと、少なくとも1種のゲル化剤とを混合することを具備してなる前記方法。
- 前記シリカゾルおよびゲル化剤を、前記液漏れ部又は穴部に対してシリカゾルを別々に注入することにより液漏れ部又は穴部の現場で混合するものである請求項3記載の方法。
- S−値が72%よりも大きくかつ20から70wt%の範囲でシリカ含有量を有するシリカゾルと、少なくとも1種のゲル化剤とを混合することにより得られる封止用組成物。
- 前記S−値が75%よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記シリカゾルがアルミニウム変性シリカゾルであることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記組成物が35ないし50wt%の範囲のシリカの含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記ゲル化剤が、塩化カリウム、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、塩化マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム又はそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記封止用組成物が15個数%未満の粒径分布の相対標準偏差を有することを特徴とする請求項5から9のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記封止用組成物のゲル化剤の含有量が0.2ないし5wt%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項5から10のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記シリカゾルが、比表面積が40ないし230m2/gのシリカ粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項5から11のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記封止用組成物のシリカ粒子:ゲル化剤重量比が、400:1ないし10:1の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項5から12のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
- 前記封止用組成物が、12-50nmの範囲内のサイズを有するシリカ粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項5から13のいずれかに記載の封止用組成物。
