第4図は、第3図の平面図を示すものであり、(A)が第3図(A),(B)に対応し(B)が第3図(C)に対応している。
第5図は、本発明に係る締付具を実施するための最良の形態の第2例を示す斜視図である。
第6図は、第5図の被締付部材への装着作業を(A),(B)の順に工程を示す断面図である。
第7図は、第5図の被締付部材への装着作業(第5図に続く)を(A)〜(B)の順に工程を示す断面図である。
第8図は、本発明に係る締付具を実施するための最良の形態の第3例を示すものであり、(A)が平面図で(B)が(A)の要部の拡大縦断面図である。
第9図は、本発明に係る締付具を実施するための最良の形態の第4例を示すものであり、(A)が側面図で(B)が(A)の要部の拡大縦断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 回転動作により締付けられて取付対象物に取付けられた被締付部材に装着され、前記被締付部材に締付トルクを継続的に付与する締付具において、前記被締付部材に対して軸方向から嵌合可能な巻形状に形成され一端部に前記取付対象物に固定される固定用端部が設けられたトーションコイルスプリングと、締付トルクを蓄積したトーションコイルスプリングを拘束し、トーションコイルスプリングに着脱されるストッパとを備えるとともに、前記トーションコイルスプリングは前記ストッパが取外しされると蓄積した締付トルクの拘束が解除され、被締付部材に締付トルクを付与するようになされ、
前記トーションコイルスプリングは前記ストッパによる拘束で軸方向に径の変化のない筒形になりストッパによる拘束の解除で軸方向の固定用端部側へ向けて次第に径が大きくなる錐筒形になるものであることを特徴とする締付具。 - 請求の範囲1の締付具において、ストッパはトーションコイルスプリングの外周側に嵌合されるリング状物からなることを特徴とする締付具。
- 請求の範囲1の締付具において、リング状物からなるストッパの端面に外周側へ突出したフランジが設けられていることを特徴とする締付具。
- 請求の範囲1の締付具において、ストッパはトーションコイルスプリングの線材の軸方向の積層を結束する線状物からなることを特徴とする締付具。
- 請求の範囲1の締付具において、ストッパはトーションコイルスプリングの線材の軸方向の積層を結束するフレーム状物からなることを特徴とする締付具。
- 請求の範囲5の締付具において、フレーム状物からなるストッパに指を掛けることのできる指掛片を設けたことを特徴とする締付具。
