Description
前記一対の樹脂チップが、それらの合わせ面に樹脂被覆の溶融物を収容する凹溝と、該凹溝を電線の長手方向に2つに分離し且つ被覆樹脂の除去により露出する芯線を挟み込む隔壁とを有することを特徴とする。
図1は本発明の被覆電線の止水構造の参考例の説明図で、(a)は止水構造を形成するための超音波振動印加の方法の説明図、(b)は止水構造が完成した状態を示す外観図、(c)は(b)のIc−Ic矢視断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 複数の芯線を樹脂被覆で包囲してなる1本の被覆電線を、その複数の芯線を横並びさせた幅よりも広い横幅を有する一対の樹脂チップで挟み込み、それら樹脂チップに外側から圧力を加えた状態で超音波振動を印加することにより、被覆電線の芯線間に溶融樹脂を充填させて芯線間の隙間を封じる被覆電線の止水構造であって、
前記一対の樹脂チップが、それらの合わせ面に樹脂被覆の溶融物を収容する凹溝と、該凹溝を電線の長手方向に2つに分離し且つ被覆樹脂の除去により露出する芯線を挟み込む隔壁とを有することを特徴とする被覆電線の止水構造。 - 前記隔壁の被覆電線に接触する面に、電線の長手方向と交差する方向に延在する凸条を設けると共に、前記凹溝の周囲の合わせ面に樹脂チップを互いに合わせたときに衝合する突起を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の被覆電線の止水構造。
- 前記凸条は、前記樹脂チップ全幅にわたって延在されているとともに、前記凸条と平行な補助凸条が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の被覆電線の止水構造。
- 前記合わせ面周縁の全周にわたって周縁リブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の被覆電線の止水構造。
- 前記凹溝を電線の長手方向に3つ以上に分離するために、前記隔壁を間隔をおいて複数段設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆電線の止水構造。
