Description
a.コーキングプロセスからの流出物ストリームを第一の分離域に導く工程;
b.前記第一の分離域で、少なくとも軽質留分を分離する工程;
c.スチームおよび前記軽質留分を第二の分離域に導き、蒸気留分および液体炭化水素留分を分離する工程;
d.前記液体炭化水素留分を前記第一の分離域に導き戻す工程;
e.前記第一の分離域において、前記軽質留分より高い沸点を有し、コークを含むコーカーガスオイルを分離する工程;
f.第一段階において、前記コーカーガスオイルをフィルターに導き、コーク含有量が減少されたコーカーガスオイルを分離する工程;
g.第二段階において、前記フィルターを逆洗浄して、蓄積した固形分を除去する工程;および
h.第三段階において、過酸化水素を含む処理溶液に前記フィルターを浸漬し、コーカーガスオイルの収率を向上する工程
を含む、コーキングプロセスにおける処理量の向上方法に関する。
Claims (9)
- (a)コーキングプロセスからの流出物ストリームを第一の分離域に導く工程;
(b)前記第一の分離域で、少なくとも軽質留分を分離する工程;
(c)スチームおよび前記軽質留分を第二の分離域に導き、蒸気留分および液体炭化水素留分を分離する工程;
(d)前記液体炭化水素留分を前記第一の分離域に導き戻す工程;
(e)前記第一の分離域において、前記軽質留分より高い沸点を有し、コークを含むコーカーガスオイルを分離する工程;
(f)第一段階において、前記コーカーガスオイルをフィルターに導き、コーク含有量が減少されたコーカーガスオイルを分離する工程;
(g)第二段階において、前記フィルターを逆洗浄して、蓄積した固形分を除去する工程;および
(h)第三段階において、過酸化水素を含む処理溶液に前記フィルターを浸漬し、コーカーガスオイルの収率を向上する工程
を含むことを特徴とするコーキングプロセスにおける収率の向上方法。 - 前記工程(f)および(g)は、連続的に順次繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記コーキングプロセスは、フレキシコーキングプロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記コーキングプロセスは、フルードコーキングプロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記コーキングプロセスは、ディレードコーキングプロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記フィルターを横切る圧力損失を監視する工程を更に含み、圧力損失の値が第一の値1〜5psig(6.9〜35.5kPag)から第二の値15〜20psig(103.4〜137.9kPag)に増加した際に、前記第一段階を終わらせ、次いで、圧力損失が1〜5psig(6.9〜35.5kPag)となるまで前記第二段階を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記処理溶液は、酢酸を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記処理溶液は、硝酸、クロム酸、過マンガン酸塩、酸化セリウム、過酢酸、過安息香酸および/またはオゾンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
- 前記第三段階は、50〜200℃で、15分〜2時間行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の収率の向上方法。
