Description
制御ドア手段(10)は、通風を制御するドア基板部(11)と、このドア基板部(11)とともに回動し、略筒状に形成された回動部材(12)とから構成され、動力伝達手段(20)は、回動部材(12)の筒内側に設置され、駆動モータ(30)の回転力をその軸方向の駆動力に変換し、この変換した駆動力に基づいて回動部材(12)を回動させるように構成されることを特徴としている。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態における制御ドア駆動装置を図1ないし図3に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明の制御ドア駆動装置を車両用空調装置に適用した一例であり、制御ドア駆動装置の全体構成を示す模式図である。図2は図1に示すA−A断面図、図3は図2に示すB−B断面図である。
以上の第1実施形態では、駆動モータ30を空調ケース1外に配置させたが、これに限らず、具体的に、図4に示すように、空調ケース1内の上方側または下方側のいずれか一方の制御ドア10の回動部材12内側に設置して回転軸21に連結させても良い。これによれば、空調ケース1外に形成される取り付け空間をなくすことができる。しかも、駆動モータ30が回動部材12内に設置される動力伝達手段20と一体に構成できることで小型化が図れる。
本実施形態では、回動部材12の筒内側に設置された動力伝達部材22と駆動モータ30とを一体に構成させた制御ドア駆動装置である。具体的には、図5に示すように、外周にリードスクリューが形成された軸部材21aと、このリードスクリューと螺合するとともに、駆動モータ30の回転力により回転する螺子部22aを有し、この螺子部22aを回転可能に保持するとともに、螺子部22aの回転に応じて軸方向に移動可能な動力伝達部材22と、螺子部22aの外側にステータコイル30b、ロータ30cおよびベアリング30dからなる駆動モータ30とを備えたものである。
以上の実施形態では、駆動モータ30の駆動軸30aと動力伝達手段20の回転軸21との連結が同心軸となるように構成させたが、これに限らず、図6に示すように、駆動モータ30の駆動軸30aと回転軸21との間に、自在継手であるユニバーサルジョイント40を介して連結するように構成しても良い。

Claims (9)
- 通風路を形成するケース内に回動可能に配設され、通風を制御する制御ドア手段(10)と、
前記制御ドア手段(10)を駆動する動力伝達手段(20)と、
前記動力伝達手段(20)に回転力を与える駆動モータ(30)とを備える制御ドア駆動装置であって、
前記制御ドア手段(10)は、通風を制御するドア基板部(11)と、このドア基板部(11)とともに回動し、略筒状に形成された回動部材(12)とから構成され、
前記動力伝達手段(20)は、前記回動部材(12)の筒内側に設置され、前記駆動モータ(30)の回転力をその軸方向の駆動力に変換し、この変換した駆動力に基づいて前記回動部材(12)を回動させるように構成されることを特徴とする制御ドア駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達手段(20)は、前記駆動モータ(30)の回転力をその軸方向に直線運動する駆動力に変換する第1動力変換手段(21、21a、22)と、
前記回動部材(12)と協働することで、前記第1動力変換手段(21、21a、22)にて変換した軸方向の駆動力を、前記回動部材(12)の回転力に変換し、前記回動部材(12)を回動させる第2動力変換手段(12a、22b)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。 - 前記第1動力変換手段(21、22)は、前記回動部材(12)の筒内側に設置されるとともに、外周にリードスクリューが形成され、前記駆動モータ(30)の回転力により回転する回転軸(21)と、
前記リードスクリューと螺合する螺子部(22a)を有し、前記回転軸(21)の回転に応じて軸方向に移動可能な動力伝達部材(22)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。 - 前記第2動力変換手段(12a、22b)は、前記回動部材(12)の筒状側面に形成され、前記動力伝達部材(22)に形成された駆動ピン部(22b)と係合する略らせん状の溝部(12a)とを備え、前記動力伝達部材(22)の前記駆動ピン部(22b)と前記溝部(12a)とが協働することで、軸方向の駆動力を前記回動部材(12)の回転力に変換することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。
- 前記第1動力変換手段(21a、22)は、前記回動部材(12)の筒内側に設置されるとともに、外周にリードスクリューが形成された軸部材(21a)と、
前記リードスクリューと螺合するとともに、前記駆動モータ(30)の回転力により回転する螺子部(22a)を有し、前記螺子部(22a)を回転可能に保持するとともに、前記螺子部(22a)の回転に応じて軸方向に移動可能な動力伝達部材(22)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。 - 前記駆動モータ(30)は、前記軸部材(21a)に螺合する前記螺子部(22a)に回転力を与えるように前記動力伝達部材(22)と一体に構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。
- 前記動力伝達部材(22)には、前記駆動ピン部(22b)を前記回動部材(12)の軸方向と並行に導くための案内部材(23)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。
- 前記駆動モータ(30)は、前記回動部材(12)の筒内側に設置し前記回転軸(21)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。
- 前記駆動モータ(30)は、ステップモータもしくはDCモータであることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項8に記載の制御ドア駆動装置。
