実施の形態の概要を以下に説明する。
Claims (2)
- グルーブトラックとランドトラックのいずれか一方に情報が記録され、前記情報が記録されるトラックは、ウォブルを有する情報記録媒体の製造方法であって、
前記情報記録媒体は、情報が記録されるデータ領域と、前記データ領域より内周側に位置し、少なくとも前記情報記録媒体に対する記録条件が記録されたコントロールデータ領域とを有し、
前記ウォブルは、所定の基準周波数を有する基準波形信号の一部に、前記基準波形信号とは異なる信号を加算あるいは減算した信号を含むことで、アドレス情報が付加されており、
前記グルーブトラックに情報の記録を行う情報記録媒体と、前記ランドトラックに情報の記録を行う情報記録媒体とで、前記トラックのウォブリングを開始する方向を再生方向に対して左右逆向きに形成し、
前記グルーブトラックもしくはランドトラックのいずれにトラッキングサーボをかけるかを示すコードを、前記コントロールデータ領域であって、かつ、前記情報記録媒体に対する記録条件が記録されている領域よりも、再生方向に対して先行する位置に記録することを特徴とする情報記録媒体の製造方法。 - ランドトラックとグルーブトラックを有する情報記録媒体に対し、ランドトラック及びグルーブトラックの何れかへの情報の記録及び前記何れかのトラックに記録された情報の再生の少なくとも一方を行う情報記録再生方法であって、
前記情報記録媒体は、情報が記録されるデータ領域と、前記データ領域より内周側に位置し、少なくとも前記情報記録媒体に対する記録条件が記録されたコントロールデータ領域とを有し、
前記情報が記録されるトラックは、ウォブルを有し、
前記ウォブルは、所定の基準周波数を有する基準波形信号の一部に、前記基準波形信号とは異なる信号を加算あるいは減算した信号を含むことで、アドレス情報が付加されており、
前記情報記録媒体は、前記グルーブトラックもしくは前記ランドトラックのいずれにトラッキングサーボをかけるかを示すコードが前記コントロールデータ領域であって、かつ、前記情報記録媒体に対する記録条件が記録されている領域よりも、再生方向に対して先行する位置に記録されており、
前記コードを再生するステップと、
前記コードの再生に応じて、ランドトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体と、グルーブトラックに情報が記録される情報記録媒体とでは、トラックのウォブリングを開始する方向が再生方向に対して左右逆向きに形成された情報記録媒体の情報の記録再生を行うステップと、を有することを特徴とする情報記録再生方法。
