Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、
ハウジングに配置され第1のレーザービームを第1の経路に沿って発射する第1のレーザーダイオードと、
ハウジングに第1の経路上で配置され第1のレーザービームを基準表面上で第1のラインを形成する第1の平面ビームに変換する第1のレンズと、
ハウジングに配置され基準表面の裏側又は表面下の特徴を検知する検知回路と、を具備する、基準表面上に配設可能な検知装置であって、
検知回路は、前記特徴の検知時に第1のレーザーダイオードが照射するように第1のレーザーダイオードを制御する、基準表面上に配設可能な検知装置。 - ハウジングに配置され第2のレーザービームを第2の経路に沿って発射する第2のレーザーダイオードと、ハウジングに配置され第2のレーザービームを基準表面上で第2のラインを形成する第2の平面ビームに変換する第2のレンズとをさらに具備している請求項1に記載の検知装置。
- 第1のラインと第2のラインが実質的に直角である請求項2に記載の検知装置。
- 第1のラインと第2のラインが実質的に平行である請求項2に記載の検知装置。
- 検知回路がスタッドとワイヤとパイプとからなる群の少なくとも1つを検知する請求項1に記載の検知装置。
