0点:毛髪のツヤ、張り、滑らかさ、太さにおいて改善が全く感じられなかった。

2点:抜け毛の本数の減少が30本以上、50本未満。
1点:抜け毛の本数の減少が10本以上、30本未満。
0点:抜け毛の本数の減少が10本未満、若しくは抜け毛の本数の増加。
それらの結果を表2に示す。
