まず、デキストリン脂肪酸エステルの配合量の検討を行った。結果を次の表に示す。

系の粘度の組み合わせが外れているとうまく成型できないことが判明した。成形性の評価は、外層組成物の内部に内層用組成物の少なくとも一部を境界面を形成させつつ位置させ、該内層用組成物を外層用組成物の外部から視認可能とし、又内層用組成物の形状が化粧料として評価し得るもので、かつ50℃で1ヶ月保存後における多層状透明ゲル組成物の安定性がよいものを○とした。内層用組成物の形状の美しさが、若干かけるものを△と評価した。
まず、原料(1)を原料(2)に常温で分散し、原料(3)〜(10)を加熱溶解した後、分散した。次に外層用組成物である比較例1、2もしくは実施例1、2をPET容器に適切な温度で充填し、適切な時間の後、内層用組成物である比較例3、4もしくは実施例3、4を適切な温度、速度で充填し、多層状透明ゲル組成物を製造した。このとき外層用組成物と内層用組成物のデキストリン脂肪酸エステル配合量は同じものとした。
の効果の確認するために、パール剤の配合量の検討を行った。結果を次の表に示す。

- 常温において固化状態を呈する多層状透明ゲル化粧料であって、該多層状透明ゲル化粧料は外層用組成物と内層用組成物とからなり、該外層用組成物は固化剤としてデキストリン脂肪酸エステルを5〜10質量%及び油分を含有し、該内層用組成物は固化剤としてデキストリン脂肪酸エステルを5〜10質量%及び油分、並びにパール剤を含有し、該外層用組成物と該内層用組成物との比重差を0〜0.05にして、外層用組成物の内部に内層用組成物が浮遊した外観を呈するように境界面を形成して内層用組成物を位置させ、外層用組成物を透して内層用組成物を外部から視認可能としたことを特徴とする多層状透明ゲル化粧料。
- 外層用組成物と内層用組成物の粘度が、BL型粘度計にて80℃における粘度が10〜1000mPa・S、50℃における粘度が10,000〜100,000mPa・Sの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多層状透明ゲル化粧料。
- 内層用組成物に含有されるパール剤の配合量が、1〜20質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多層状透明ゲル化粧料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の多層状透明ゲル化粧料であって、容器内に外層用組成物を充填した後、内層用組成物を充填し、外層用組成物中に内層用組成物を浮遊させて位置させるようにしたことを特徴とする多層状透明ゲル化粧料の製造方法。
