Description
また、金属粒子の耐熱被膜の公知技術として特開平9−129028号が知られている。この技術では、金属粒子の耐熱性向上のため、金属アルコキシドが使用されている。
硼酸0.1〜6重量部の範囲をエチルアルコール10重量部で溶解し、チタンアルコキシド0.05〜2.6重量部の範囲を酢酸エチル10重量部で溶解し、この2種類の溶液を混合させ、これにCu粉体100重量部を加えて混合する。溶媒量が多い場合には濾別するが、溶媒量が少ない場合には濾別することなく、100℃の空気中で乾燥させ、次いでN2+H2(3%)ガス雰囲気中で150℃、2時間熱処理複合金属粉体を作製子の複合金属粉体を溶剤であるタピノール(ターピネオールともいう)に分散し、有機樹脂としてエチルセルロースを添加し、3本ロールで混連して導電性ペーストを作製した。
硼酸0.1〜6重量部の範囲をエチルアルコール10重量部で溶解し、亜鉛アルコキシド0.05〜2.6重量部の範囲を酢酸エチル10重量部で溶解し、この2種類の溶液を混合させ、これにNi粉体100重量部を加えて混合する。溶媒量が多い場合には濾別するが、溶媒量が少ない場合には濾別することなく、100℃の空気中で乾燥させ、次いでN2+H2(3%)ガス雰囲気中で150℃、2時間熱処理複合金属粉体を作製子の複合金属粉体を溶剤であるタピノール(ターピネオールともいう)に分散し、有機樹脂としてエチルセルロースを添加し、3本ロールで混連して導電性ペーストを作製した。
硼酸0.1〜6重量部の範囲をエチルアルコール10重量部で溶解し、スズアルコキシド0.05〜2.6重量部の範囲を酢酸エチル10重量部で溶解し、この2種類の溶液を混合させ、これにAg粉体100重量部を加えて混合する。溶媒量が多い場合には濾別するが、溶媒量が少ない場合には濾別することなく、100℃の空気中で乾燥させ、次いでN2+H2(3%)ガス雰囲気中で150℃、2時間熱処理複合金属粉体を作製子の複合金属粉体を溶剤であるタピノール(ターピネオールともいう)に分散し、有機樹脂としてエチルセルロースを添加し、3本ロールで混連して導電性ペーストを作製した。
Claims (8)
- Cu、Ni、Au、Ag、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir、Pt及びそれらの合金から選択される1種以上の金属粒子の表面に硼酸と金属アルコキシドからなる被膜が形成され、前記金属粒子を100重量部としたとき、前記硼酸が0.5〜5重量部、前記金属アルコキシドが0.1〜2重量部であり、導電性ペーストに用いられることを特徴とする複合金属粉体。
- 前記金属アルコキシドがチタンアルコキシドである請求項1に記載の複合金属粉体。
- 前記金属粒子がCu、Ni及びそれらの合金から選択される1種以上の卑金属粒子である請求項1又は2に記載の複合金属粉体。
- 前記金属粒子がAu、Ag、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir、Pt及びそれらの合金から選択される1種以上の貴金属粒子である請求項1又は2に記載の複合金属粉体。
- 硼酸と金属アルコキシドを含む溶液中にCu、Ni、Au、Ag、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir、Pt及びそれらの合金から選択される1種以上の金属粉体を分散させ、この溶液から溶媒を除去して固形物を分離し、この固形物を熱処理して金属粒子の表面に硼酸と金属アルコキシドからなる被膜を形成し、前記金属粉体を100重量部としたとき、前記硼酸が0.5〜5重量部、前記金属アルコキシドが0.1〜2重量部配合され、導電性ペーストに用いられる金属粉体を製造することを特徴とする複合金属粉体の製造方法。
- 前記金属アルコキシドがチタンアルコキシドである請求項5に記載の複合金属粉体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合金属粉体と、この複合金属粉体を分散させる溶剤を少なくとも含有することを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合金属粉体と、この複合金属粉体を分散させる溶剤と、粘度を調整する有機樹脂を少なくとも含有することを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
