Claims (15)
- 低エネルギ入力を受け取って高エネルギ出力を出力するブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
力受け取り入力端及び力送出出力端を持つ本体と、
低エネルギ入力に応じて、初期入力位置から作動入力位置まで、前記本体の中で直線的に移動可能の力入力部材と、
前記力入力部材の移動に応じて初期出力位置から作動出力位置まで、前記本体の中で移動可能の力出力部材であって、前記高エネルギ出力は、前記低エネルギ入力に対して別個である、力出力部材と、
前記力入力部材を前記初期入力位置に押圧するための、前記本体の中にある入力押圧部材と、
前記力出力部材を押圧するための出力押圧部材と、
前記力入力部材と前記力出力部材との間に延びるリンク部材であって、当該リンク部材は、前記本体に対し、前記力出力部材を前記初期出力位置に保持するための係合位置から、前記力出力部材を前記作動出力位置に解放するための係合解除位置まで、移動可能であり、前記リンク部材は、前記力入力部材と係合する入力端及び前記力出力部材と係合する出力端を含み、前記リンク部材は、前記入力端と前記出力端との間の前記リンク部材の枢動位置で、前記本体に回転可能に連結される、リンク部材とを有する、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記力出力部材は、前記係合位置にある場合に、前記リンク部材の出力端を受け入れるための出力部材凹所を含む、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項2に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記力入力部材は、前記係合解除位置にあるときに、前記リンク部材の入力端を受け入れるための入力部材凹所を含み、これによって前記リンク部材の前記出力端を前記出力部材凹所と係合した状態から外すことができる、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体に対して各々が枢動可能の少なくとも三つのリンク部材が、前記力入力部材及び力出力部材を中心として周方向に配置されている、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項4に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
四つのリンク部材が、前記力入力部材及び力出力部材を中心として周方向に約90°間隔で間隔が隔てられている、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
複数のディスクばねを含む前記出力押圧部材を更に含む、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
加えられた電気エネルギの変化により前記力入力部材を前記作動入力位置に移動するように、前記力入力部材を取り囲む電気コイルを更に含む、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記力入力部材及び前記力出力部材の夫々と係合するためのローラーが、前記リンク部材の前記入力端及び前記出力端の各々に設けられている、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体の前記力送出出力端にはねじ山が設けられており、前記送出出力端にねじ込んだリセット部材を、前記本体に対して回転させて前記力出力部材と強制的に係合させて、前記力出力部材を前記作動位置から前記初期位置まで移動する、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項2に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記リンク部材は、前記力出力部材を前記初期出力位置に保持するための係合位置から、前記力出力部材を前記作動出力位置に解放するための係合解除位置まで移動可能である、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体と前記力入力部材との間のシールを更に含む、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記入力押圧部材はコイルばねであり、前記出力押圧部材は複数のディスクばねを含む、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、
前記低エネルギ入力を電気作動装置から受け取り、前記高エネルギ出力は、危険な領域への加圧ガスの放出を賦勢する、ブースターアクチュエータ。 - 請求項13に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、前記力入力部材は、前記係合解除位置にある場合に、前記リンク部材の上端を受け入れるための入力部材凹所を含み、これによって前記リンク部材の前記下端を前記出力部材凹所と係合した状態から外すことができる、ブースターアクチュエータ。
- 請求項13に記載のブースターアクチュエータにおいて、前記力入力部材の中央軸線は、前記力出力部材の中央軸線と実質的に整合している、ブースターアクチュエータ。
