Description
[シリンダ交換方法]
次に、図2〜図7を用いて本実施形態のシリンダの交換方法について説明する。なお、ここでは、各図に示す3つのシリンダ1の符号を手前側からA、B、Cとして区別する。また、以下の説明は、中央に配置されているシリンダ1Bの交換についてのものである。

Claims (4)
- スクリュ収納部(5)が一方の接続面(10)から他方の接続面(10)へと貫通して形成されたシリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)を他の前記シリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)に接続してなる押出機において、
前記シリンダ(1)の、前記シリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)を除く外壁面(11、12、13)のうちの少なくとも一面には、隣接する前記シリンダ(1)との位置決めのためのキー溝(2)と、テーパ面(8a)を有する楔溝(8)とが形成されており、前記楔溝(8)に押込むことで隣接する前記シリンダ(1)同士が接続する楔部(14a)を備えた接続部材(14)を有することを特徴とする押出機。 - 前記接続部材(14)は、一の面に形成された2つの楔部(14a)と、前記楔溝(8)が形成された前記外壁面(11、13)に立てられたピン(16)または総ネジボルトが貫通する貫通穴(14b)とを有する、請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記シリンダ(1)の、前記楔溝(8)が形成された前記外壁面(11、13)にはネジ穴が形成されており、前記接続部材(14)は、一の面に形成された2つの楔部(14a)と、前記楔溝(8)が形成された前記外壁面(11、13)に形成された前記ネジ穴に締め込むためのボルトネジが貫通する貫通穴(14b)とを有する、請求項1に記載の押出機。
- スクリュ収納部(5)が一方の接続面(10)から他方の接続面(10)へと貫通して形成されたシリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)を他の前記シリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)と接続し、前記シリンダ(1)の前記接続面(10)を除く外壁面(11、12、13)のうちの少なくとも一面には、隣接する前記シリンダ(1)との位置決めのためのキー溝(2)と、テーパ面(8a)を有する楔溝(8)とが形成されている押出機のシリンダの交換方法であって、
前記キー溝(2)に対してキー(7)を取着する工程と、
一の面に形成された2つの楔部(14a)を有する接続部材(14)の前記各楔部(14a)を隣接する前記シリンダ(1)の前記各楔溝(8)のそれぞれに対して挿抜する工程とを含む押出機のシリンダの交換方法。
