Claims (4)
- 再生器、凝縮器、蒸発器、吸収器及びポンプを少なくとも備え、水を冷媒とし、かつ、無機酸素酸塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物からなるインヒビターを含む臭化リチウム水溶液を吸収液として用い、通常大気圧以下で作動する吸収式冷凍機において、前記吸収液中の溶存酸素濃度を検出する溶存酸素検出手段を設け、この溶存酸素検出手段を、前記吸収器内の吸収液中に浸漬するように設置された酸化物電極及び参照電極と、吸収液中の溶存酸素濃度に応じて前記酸化物電極と前記参照電極との間に発生する電位差を測定する電位測定器とから構成したことを特徴とする吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記酸化物電極を、モリブデン表面に酸化モリブデン層を形成したモリブデン/酸化モリブデン電極で構成し、このモリブデン/酸化モリブデン電極とこのモリブデン/酸化モリブデン電極に対向して設けられた前記参照電極により、前記吸収液中の溶存酸素を検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記モリブデン/酸化モリブデン電極及び前記参照電極による前記吸収液中の溶存酸素の検出は、前記参照電極に対する前記モリブデン/酸化モリブデン電極の自然電位の変化に基づき行われることを特徴とする請求項2記載の吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記溶存酸素検出手段によって検出された前記吸収器内の吸収液中の溶存酸素濃度が、予め設定した所定値を超えた場合に警報を発する警報装置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、2若しくは3記載の吸収式冷凍機。
