Description
前記抵抗検出部は、抵抗素子と前記抵抗素子よりも低抵抗の低抵抗体とが接触しており、前記操作体へ与えられる押圧操作力が変化すると前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体との接触面積が増大して、検出される抵抗値が変化するものであり、
前記スイッチ検出部は、前記操作体が押圧されたときに検知状態となるものであり、
前記操作体が押圧操作されていないときは、前記抵抗検出部の前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体とが接触し且つ前記スイッチ検出部が非検知状態であり、このとき前記抵抗検出部に通電されないスリープモードが設定され、
前記操作体が押圧されて前記スイッチ検出部が検知状態に切り替わると、前記スリープモードが解除されて前記抵抗検出部へ通電され、前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体との接触面積の変化による前記抵抗値の変化を検出することが可能となることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- 操作体と、前記操作体によって押圧操作される抵抗検出部と、前記操作体によって押圧操作されるスイッチ検出部とが設けられており、
前記抵抗検出部は、抵抗素子と前記抵抗素子よりも低抵抗の低抵抗体とが接触しており、前記操作体へ与えられる押圧操作力が変化すると前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体との接触面積が増大して、検出される抵抗値が変化するものであり、
前記スイッチ検出部は、前記操作体が押圧されたときに検知状態となるものであり、
前記操作体が押圧操作されていないときは、前記抵抗検出部の前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体とが接触し且つ前記スイッチ検出部が非検知状態であり、このとき前記抵抗検出部に通電されないスリープモードが設定され、
前記操作体が押圧されて前記スイッチ検出部が検知状態に切り替わると、前記スリープモードが解除されて前記抵抗検出部へ通電され、前記抵抗素子と前記低抵抗体との接触面積の変化による前記抵抗値の変化を検出することが可能となることを特徴とする入力装置。 - 前記スイッチ検出部は、前記操作体に設けられた突起によって押圧操作させられ、前記抵抗検出部は、前記操作体が押圧されたときに前記突起よりも軟質な弾性押圧体を介して押圧操作させられる請求項1記載の入力装置。
- 前記抵抗検出部は、前記突起を挟んで複数箇所に設けられており、前記操作体が押圧されて前記スイッチ検出部が検知状態とされた後に、さらに前記操作体が押圧操作されると、前記操作体が前記突起を支点として傾くことで、いずれかの前記抵抗検出部が押圧操作される請求項2記載の入力装置。
- 前記スリープモードが解除されて前記抵抗検出部へ通電された後に、前記スイッチ検出部が非検知状態になると、その後の所定時間が経過した後に前記スリープモードが設定される請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の入力装置。
