Claims (5)
- 複数の気筒のすべてを運転する全気筒運転モードと、前記複数の気筒のうちの一部の気筒の運転を休止する部分気筒運転モードとに、運転モードを切り換えて運転される可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の負荷を検出する負荷検出手段と、
前記部分気筒運転モード中、前記検出された内燃機関の負荷が第1判定値よりも大きくなったときに、前記運転モードを前記全気筒運転モードに切り換えるべきと判定する第1切換判定手段と、
前記部分気筒運転モード中に、前記内燃機関の負荷が前記第1判定値と当該第1判定値よりも小さい第2判定値との間の所定の負荷範囲内にある状態の継続度合を表す継続度合パラメータを算出する継続度合パラメータ算出手段と、
当該算出された継続度合パラメータに基づいて、前記運転モードを前記全気筒運転モードに切り換えるべきか否かを判定する第2切換判定手段と、
前記第1切換判定手段および前記第2切換判定手段による判定結果に基づいて、前記部分気筒運転モードから前記全気筒運転モードへの切換を実行する切換実行手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記継続度合パラメータは、前記所定の負荷範囲内にある状態での前記内燃機関の負荷と前記第2判定値との偏差の積算値であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記継続度合パラメータは、前記内燃機関の負荷が前記所定の負荷範囲内にある状態の継続時間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2切換判定手段は、前記継続度合パラメータが所定の切換判定値よりも大きくなったときに、前記運転モードを前記全気筒運転モードに切り換えるべきと判定し、
前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、
当該検出された内燃機関の回転数に応じて、前記継続度合パラメータおよび前記切換判定値の一方を補正する補正手段と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関には、当該内燃機関の駆動力をアシストするための電動機が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の可変気筒式内燃機関の制御装置。
