Claims (7)
- ターボジェット・エンジンの拡張ケーシング(23)の熱膨張を受動的に制御してその応力を軽減する装置であって、前記拡張ケーシング(23)が、ターボジェット・エンジンの高圧コンプレッサ(1)の内側ケーシング(2)を取り囲んでおり、且つ燃焼室(26)のケーシング(25)の上流側フランジ(28)へ取り付けるためのフランジ(24)を含んでおり、燃焼室(26)の入口で取り出したガスを循環させる少なくとも一つの周方向キャビティ(45)が、前記両フランジ(24および28)の間に設けられ、
キャビティは、前記フランジの一つ(24)に設けられた凹み(40)によって形成され、
ガス流の循環は、フランジに設けられた較正された径方向スロート(43)およびチャンネル(44)を用いて行われ、
凹み(40)には、隣接フランジの面に寄りかかる内側横断リム(41)および外側横断リム(42)が設けられており、内側軸方向リム(41)が、ガス入口径方向スロート(43)を形成する較正された穿孔を含み、且つフランジ(24)は、ガス流の出口チャンネル(44)を形成する較正された穿孔を備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 両フランジが、拡散コーン(32)の保持フランジ(31)を締め付け、キャビティは、ケーシング・フランジの一つ(24)と拡散コーン(32)のフランジとの間に配設されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- チャンネル(44)は、凹み(40)に位置する入口開口部と、コンプレッサのケーシング(22)と拡張ケーシング(23)との間に位置する環状部(33)に現れる出口開口部とを具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- キャビティが、周方向にセクタ(50、51、52)として配列されたいくつかの凹みから構成され、各凹み(40)は、径方向スロート(43)およびチャンネル(44)に連通している、請求項1または3に記載の装置。
- フランジが、拡散コーン(32)の上流側フランジ(31)および燃焼室(26)のケーシング(25)の上流側フランジ(28)へのフランジ(24)の取り付けのために連結ボルト(29)を通過させることが意図された、周方向に配列されたフランジ孔(30)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 径方向スロート(43)は、フランジ孔(30)に対して直角に穿孔される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- チャンネル(44)は、フランジ孔(30)に対して直角に穿孔される、請求項6に記載の装置。
