Description
Claims (10)
- 発光デバイス(LED)のアレイを駆動させるための回路であって、
第1の発光時間フレーム中に第1の波長を有する第1の光を生成する第1の組の直列接続されたLEDと、
第2の発光時間フレーム中に前記第1の波長と異なる第2の波長を有する第2の光を生成する第2の組の直列接続されたLEDと、
前記第1の組のLEDに第1の電流を供給し、かつ、第2の組のLEDに第1の電流と異なる第2の電流を供給する1つの共用電流源に結合された電源と、
前記第1の組のLEDと直列に配列された第1のスイッチと、
前記第2の組のLEDと直列に配列された第2のスイッチと、
前記電源に結合され、かつ前記第1および第2のスイッチに結合された表示制御器とを備え、前記表示制御器は第1および第2の色フレーム順次データに従ってそれぞれ第1および第2の制御信号を生成するように構成され、
前記第1の制御信号が前記第1の発光時間フレーム中に前記第1の組のLEDを駆動するように少なくとも前記電源または前記第1のスイッチに作用し、さらに、
前記第2の制御信号が前記第2の発光時間フレーム中に前記第2の組のLEDを駆動するように少なくとも前記電源または前記第2のスイッチに対して作用し、前記第1および第2の発光時間フレームが互いに連続している回路。 - さらに、
第3の発光時間フレーム中に前記第1および第2の波長と異なる第3の波長を有する第3の光を生成する第3の組の第3のLEDと、
前記第3の組のLEDに結合された第3のスイッチとを備え、
前記電源が、前記第3の組の第3のLEDに第1の電流ならびに第2の電流と異なる第3の電流を供給する前記共用電流源に結合され、さらに、
前記表示制御器が、第3の色フレーム順次データに従って第3の制御信号を生成するように構成され、前記第3の制御信号が前記第3の発光時間フレーム中に前記第3の組のLEDを駆動するように少なくとも前記電源または前記第3のスイッチに対して作用し、前記第3の発光時間フレームが前記第1および第2の時間フレームと連続している請求項1に記載の回路。 - 前記第1、第2、第3の組のLEDが、それぞれ赤、緑、青の光を放射する請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記第1、第2、第3の組のLEDが、それぞれ黄、シアン、マゼンタの光を放射する請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記第1、第2、第3の組のLEDが発光ダイオードである請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記第1、第2、第3の組のLEDがレーザ・ダイオードである請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記表示制御器が、第1、第2、第3の組のLEDの故障LEDを補償するためにそれぞれ前記第1、第2、第3のスイッチのうちの少なくとも1つに対して作用するように補償制御信号を生成する請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記第1、第2、第3の制御信号が、さらに、それぞれ前記第1、第2、第3の組のLEDで放射される光の輝度を調整するように前記電流源の電流レベルに対して作用する請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記第1、第2、第3の組の直列接続されたLEDのうちの少なくとも1組が、さらに、それぞれ少なくとも1組の直並列アレイのLEDで構成される請求項2に記載の回路。
- 発光デバイス(LED)のアレイを駆動させるための回路であって、
第1の発光時間フレーム中に第1の組の直列接続されたLEDから第1の波長を有する第1の光を生成するための手段と、
第2の発光時間フレーム中に第2の組の直列接続されたLEDから前記第1の波長と異なる第2の波長を有する第2の光を生成するための手段と、
電源から前記第1および第2の組のLEDに共用電流源を提供するための手段であって、前記第1の組のLEDに第1の電流を供給し、かつ、第2の組のLEDに第1の電流と異なる第2の電流を供給するための手段と、
前記第1の組のLEDと直列に第1のスイッチを配列するための手段と、
前記第2の組のLEDと直列に第2のスイッチを配列するための手段と、
前記電源および前記第1および第2のスイッチに表示制御器を結合するための手段とを備え、前記表示制御器は第1および第2の色フレーム順次データに従ってそれぞれ第1および第2の制御信号を生成する手段を有し、前記第1の制御信号が前記第1の発光時間フレーム中に前記第1の組のLEDを駆動するように少なくとも前記電源または前記第1のスイッチに対して作用し、さらに、前記第2の制御信号が前記第2の発光時間フレーム中に前記第2の組のLEDを駆動するように少なくとも前記電源または前記第2のスイッチに対して作用する回路。
