Claims (11)
- 工具の駆動スタッドを受け入れるように形成された凹部および第1継手部分を備えた第1部品と、工具ヘッドに係合するように形成された駆動スタッドおよび第2継手部分を備えた第2部品と、前記第1継手部分と前記第2継手部分とを連結する少なくとも1つの継手要素とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの継手要素は、前記第1部品を前記第2部品に対して斜めにしながら、前記第1部品及び前記第2部品間で回転トルクを伝達するようにしたトルク伝達工具用自在継手において、
係合位置にあるとき工具ヘッドに係合し、また、係合解除位置にあるとき工具ヘッドを解除するように、前記第2部品の駆動スタッド内に変位可能に取付けられた工具ヘッド係合要素と、
前記第2部品と前記継手要素との間に取付けられたアクチュエータであって、前記第2部品の周面よりも外側に延び、使用者による操作可能な外縁部分を有するアクチュエータと、
前記第2部品の駆動スタッド内に変位可能に取り付けられたリンク要素であって、前記アクチュエータにより、前記工具ヘッド係合要素を前記係合位置にする位置と、前記工具ヘッド係合要素を前記係合解除位置にする位置との間で変位されるリンク要素と
を有することを特徴とするトルク伝達工具用自在継手。 - 前記リンク要素は、前記アクチュエータが第1位置にあるときに前記工具ヘッド係合要素が前記係合解除位置となり、またアクチュエータが第2位置にあるときに前記工具ヘッド係合要素が前記係合位置となるようにして、使用者が、アクチュエータを前記第1位置に変位させることによって、工具ヘッドを第2部品から解除することができるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記リンク要素は、前記アクチュエータを第1位置に変位させたときに前記工具ヘッド係合要素を係合解除位置に変位させ、また、前記アクチュエータを第2位置に変位させたときに前記工具ヘッド係合要素を前記係合位置に保持して、工具ヘッドを前記第2部品の駆動スタッドに、しっかりと保持するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記リンク要素が、高い位置から低い位置へ徐々にテーパされたランプを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記ランプの高い部分が前記ランプの低い部分より、前記アクチュエータに近い位置に位置決めされ、かつ、前記リンク要素は、前記第2部品の駆動スタッド内で摺動できるように取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記ランプが前記リンク要素の円周方向の少なくとも一部に延び、また前記リンク要素が、前記アクチュエータにより、前記第2部品の駆動スタッド内で回転できるように取付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記工具ヘッド係合要素は、前記ランプの高い部分が前記工具ヘッド係合要素を係合位置に保持し、また前記ランプの低い部分が前記工具ヘッド係合要素の係合解除位置への変位を許容するように、前記ランプに係合していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記第2継手部分が2つの間隔を隔てたアームを備え、前記継手要素が2つの間隔を隔てたアームの間に位置決めされ、かつ、前記アクチュエータが2つの間隔を隔てたアームの間で、前記第2部品の周囲にまで延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記外縁部分は、少なくとも1つのつかみ部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記外縁部分が、レバーアームにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
- 前記アクチュエータの前記外縁部分が、板状にされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達工具用自在継手。
