Description
本発明は、このような状況に鑑みてなされたものであって、エンジン抽気量を低減しても、必要な冷却能力が得られる空調装置を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の空調装置は、上記のように構成されており、熱交換器を介してベーパサイクルシステムとエアサイクルシステムの間で相補的に熱エネルギーの移動が行われるので、小型で低消費電力のベーパサイクルシステムを用いて、抽気量を低減した場合のACSの冷却能力の低下を補うことができる。

Claims (1)
- 航空機のエンジンまたは補助動力装置からの高温・高圧の抽気をコンプレッサにより圧縮した後、該コンプレッサと短軸結合されたタービンにおいて断熱膨張させ低温にして供給するエアサイクルシステムと、気体冷媒をコンプレッサにより圧縮した後コンデンサで冷却して液体冷媒とし、膨張バルブとエバポレータにより液体冷媒を気化させて冷却する冷却サイクルにより空気を冷却するベーパサイクルシステムを用いて機内与圧室の空気調和を行う空調装置において、前記タービンを2段にし、その第1段タービンと第2段タービンの間にウオータエキストラクタと熱交換器を配設し、前記第1タービンの出口空気が前記ウオータエキストラクタを通過した後に前記熱交換器を通過して前記第2段タービンに導入され、該熱交換器に前記ベーパサイクルシステムのコンデンサからの液体冷媒を通すとともに、機内与圧室からの再循環空気を前記エバポレータで冷却してミキシングチャンバで第2段タービンの出口空気と混合して機内与圧室に供給するようにしたことを特徴とする空調装置。
