Description
還元剤が析出したのを警報するもので、図1に示すように例えば音や光による警報器21から成り、上記ECU11に信号線22で接続されている。これにより、上記噴射ノズル7から上記排気管3内に供給された還元剤が該排気管3内へ析出したのを差圧計20で検知し、その検知信号S1を入力して警報器21により還元剤の析出を例えば運転者等に警報することができる。したがって、運転者等に対して還元剤が析出した排気管3の部分の洗浄を促すことができる。

Claims (7)
- エンジンの排気系に配設され、排気中の窒素酸化物を還元剤により還元浄化する還元触媒と、
上記排気系の排気通路内にて還元剤を上記還元触媒の排気上流側に供給する噴射ノズルを有する還元剤供給手段と、
上記噴射ノズルの排気上流側と、該噴射ノズルの排気下流側にて還元剤が析出する部分の下流側との間の排気圧力の差を測定して、上記噴射ノズルから排気通路内に供給された還元剤が該排気通路内へ析出したのを検知する析出検知手段と、
この析出検知手段からの検知信号により還元剤の析出を警報する警報手段と、を備え、
上記還元剤供給手段によって供給される還元剤が上記排気通路内にて析出する部分を着脱可能な構造としたことを特徴とするエンジンの排気浄化装置。 - 上記還元剤が析出する部分として、上記噴射ノズルを排気通路に対して着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
- 上記還元剤が析出する部分として、上記噴射ノズルの排気下流側近傍から所定長さまでの排気通路の部分を着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
- 上記還元剤が析出する部分として、上記噴射ノズルの排気下流側近傍から上記還元触媒の入口部近傍までの排気通路の部分を着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
- 上記還元剤が析出する部分として、上記噴射ノズルの排気上流側近傍から排気下流側の所定長さまでの排気通路の部分を着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
- 上記還元剤が析出する部分として、上記噴射ノズルの排気上流側近傍から上記還元触媒の入口部近傍までの排気通路の部分を着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
- 上記着脱可能とされた排気通路の部分に対し、上記噴射ノズルを着脱可能としたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載のエンジンの排気浄化装置。
